Yes, it's true. I've hurt my mousing hand and it's rather painful to play just now. In fact typing hurts quite a bit too. So I'll be a bit on the sidelines for the time being.
*note to self: avoid wearing loose clothing around power tools.*

Ouch. You know, they say to me don't play with fire, because i'm a little cute boy
But you should tell your good old folks not to play with tools our generation. HAHAHAHAHA.
What where you trying to do, Tune up your ride? LOL. Just having myself a little laugh. You should do to - helps the healing proces.
Anyway I hope it didnt hurt to much, keep it on ice and let your "Redhead" take care of it.

Lights on center stage. Man in jeans and loose tee-shirt is in his workshop. Manzanita cane in his left hand, Dremel tool in his right. The Dremel has a high-speed shaping bit and is running at full speed, 30k RPM.
Action.
Man is trimming the joint where the handle of the cane meets the shaft, to get a seamless fit. He holds the cane up toward the light to inspect.
The cane has been sanded multiple times with increasingly finer grit, finished with P-600. It is almost polished before any finishing polish has been applied.
Cane slips in the man's grasp.
The man instinctively moves to catch the cane before it strikes the bench or the floor.
Unfortunately the Dremel tool is in his predomanant hand, the right.
More unfortunately, the Dremel is still operating at full speed.
The rotating tip of the Dremel tool catches in his tee-shirt. The teeth of the bit grap efficiently onto the material of the shirt. The shirt wraps itself around the bit with astonishing speed ... 30,000 revolutions per minute. Once the shirt's material wraps itself as far as it will go the bit is forced to stop its rotation. The torque of the sudden stop of the tool's rotating tip causes the tool to be removed forcibly from the man's grasp.
The man yelps.
The man catches the cane with his left hand before it strikes the floor.
The Dremel tool falls to hang in the air, tangled in the man's shirt about waist-high and directly in front of a most sensitive area. Humming angrily at not being allowed to spin at its accustomed speed, it begins to counter-rotate.
Not about to let go of the prize work in the cane and not about to allow the Dremel tool to begin pummeling his... um... sensitive area, the man quickly grabs the tool with his already-aching right hand and pulls it away from his body.
The Dremel tool objects and pulls back.
The Dremel tool wins the tug of war in about .5 seconds. Gravity and the tool conspire to send it back to its last place of rest, and Inertia adds it's Newtonian 2-cents worth, sending it beyond that resting point and directly into the man's... um... sensitive area.
The man yelps again and drops into a standing fetal position, but off balance.
The Dremel tool, now free from the man's grasp, still tangled in the man's tee shirt and now hanging in the air below the man's body (and thankfully away from it) happily begins to rotate.
Gravity is in a jolly mood today, as is his friend Intertia. They conspire to keep the man off-balance and pull him forward.
The man is still determined to not let go of the cane. He jerks his right hand up in front of himself to catch himself before he falls forward.
Unfortunately he is closer to the workbench than he anticipated, being bent over. His hand meets the front edge of the bench with an alarming impact.
The man swears in a loud voice.
The Dremel tool, meanwhile, has rotated about as far as the power cord will allow and begins to jerk against the restriction of being held in a tee shirt on one end and a power cord on the other.
The man catches himself on the workbench with his now-painfully throbbing right hand before he falls into it, and begins to right himself.
The Dremel tool takes advantage of its evil pact with Gravity and heads back toward the man's now more sensitive area.
The man grabs the Dremel tool's lifeline and pulls it violently from the wall outlet. The Dremel tool falls lifelessly, still clinging in a death-grasp onto the tee shirt.
The man sets the cane gently onto the workbench...
...reaches for his aching sensitive area with his throbbing right hand...
...and moans pitifully.
Cut.
Fade to black.

CUT TO ROTATING BLUE LIGHT AND SCREAMING FEMALE....
Man is escorted to the waiting ambulance still clutching the precious cane.
The SWAT team arrive
"OK we have an angry Dremel in the building. It was refused its natural right to rotate and is realy ticked off. We need to cut the power and use the ManGrab Tongs. Fred, you get the tongs. Craig, you cut the power. Alex, for Gods sake be careful when you open the bag. Fred, you will have to be quick - you know how these Dremel tools can react to unfavourable situations."
The men all look serious.
"Ok Team - lets go...."
SHOUTS OF "HUT HUT HUT HUT" as the SWAT TAG TEAM enter the building.
Cut to windswept "Wuthering Heights" style of shot with the REDHEAD in a shawl, hair blowing in the wind, looking on with pride and honour and a small tear for her man's bravery in saving the precious cane.....
FADE TO TITLES.
Dang it! You need to be more careful mate! .... take it easy and get that hand fixed.
