Hello Voidians
Before i say anything about it , i want to thank you all who treated me in a nice way , and i want you to know that uve been a good friends to me.
First of all.
i ve been banned and reason is " accused of lying to Void server Guard " and i didnt lie
i Explained that before but Seems that no-one of the A-Team believing me although im honest ... but i overcomed that with myself and waited ...
i said to myself " np , take the ban , maybe later things will clear up better " so i decided to take the ban punishment "on things i didnt do" and that for the ESF clan sake and the game fun sake....
After Discussing with Strail my ban issue , he told me that he will talk to Zebulon b4 any action can be done and seems that the discussions ended and Zebulon Replied my Private message.

There has been a decision. Given Real Life Issues it took a little while to instigate. Several options were discussed. The ruling is this. READ this carefuly. An acceptance PM is to be limited to "YES I accept" or "NO I do not accept". No further correspondence will be entered into in regard to this matter.
THE BAN IS UPHLED
This is to serve as a warning to you and to others. Defiance of ADMIN and VOID decisions will not be tollerated. Circumventing the bans is also not to be tolerated however it happens.
You are a clan leader and as such are responsible not only for your members actions,
in and out of their team colours, but also for what is permitted to be typed regarding VOID and ADMIN on your ESF Website. This includes the personal comments made with regard to this matter by MARIS, DARKGHOST and others. I want you to understand that it came very close to having you banned - PERMANENTLY. Like a cat with nine lives - your are on your ninth. So LISTEN UP. This is what will happen.
1. A CLEAR public apology to ME for your behavior. Including one for the knowledge that SHERRY was on the VOID server and for your tirade of abusive posts on a variety of occasions. It will also include a personal undertaking from you that there will be NO ARGUMENT from ANY ESF member with regard to BANS or DECISIONS made by VOID or ADMIN staff. This is also in referal to OTHER clans and allies. If other clans want to argue themselves that's their decission and it will be delbt with SEPARATELY from any issue regarding comments or opinions from ESF PLAYERS. Any argument from now on will recieve a PERMANENT BAN. Choose your words carefully. PM the apology to me first BEFORE posting it on the site - I will decide as to whether it is acceptable and will make any appropriate changes - it will THEN be posted on the Forum by you in its final form.
2. If ANY member of ESF is found to be cheating, not only will they be banned permanently but you too will also suffer for this either through fines or a seven day ban per incident. We are well aware that you have been aware of cheating in ESF in the past and we suspect that you are even aware of certain players such as Red Dragon who can only play when FLMM is on. It has been noticed. Get it sorted or face the consequences.
3. From the 1st of March 2008 you will recieve a ban of 20 days. Access to the forums will not be removed as the clan is still considered to be active. Your posts will be monitored. Be careful how you respond to any posts attacking you - we will deal with them. ANY argument from ANY member of ESF will see an extention of this ban held indefinately. ANY PM from ANY ESF member wishing to challenge this ban will also be taken as defiance and the ban will be extended along with a seven day ban for the poster of any comments.
4. Be Warned. Your assets were close to being stripped and you being left with nothing and having to start again. This was decided to be held in permanent review as any great length of ban sees the automatic deletion of character files. We can and will use punitive measures against those that choose to defy us.
5. Future Behavior. Take this on board. Any activity that is considered unacceptable in regard to ESF's future conduct will result in removal of the CLAN from the VOID. In the absence of ESF the VOID has survived well enough with a healthy number of players. DO NOT be under the impression that this place will fail without your input. Any comments to that effect will be treated as defiance and the above punishments will be carried out.
So - just in case you missed anything - here is a summary of the above:
1. An Apology to me personally and in public.
2. Cheats will be banished. You will be held responsible.
3. 20 day ban instigated. No Arguments. From Anyone.
4. You still have your money and equipment - this can be altered.
5. Future conduct is to be as near to perfect as makes no difference. Failure to abide by this will result in the removal of ESF from the VOID community.
No further discussion will be entered into regarding this matter either by me or any other member of the VOID staff.
PM me on the 20th of MARCH 2008 for the consideration of being unbanned. Your future lies in the conduct of your members until then.
After Reading this PM , i felt so badly treated , i am being punished for others Actions and now my ban is extended to be 20 days + 5 last days so all nearly one month ban.
i can stand a ban and accept it bravely if i am mistaken and also i can accept it bravely if im not mistaken for the Fun and Clan sake ... BUT what i never Accepted is to Send a personal apology for things i didnt make.
Also what i will never accept is being punished For other mistakes
i have Cleared many many times that i follow my members everywhere and search after them , and if i cought someone Cheating , then he will be outta ESF immediatly and thats prooven by kicking SHERRY from ESF even b4 Void ban him by Few mins.
But this is not getting understood and now im being punished ...
======= i dont wanna make this one a Long post which contains lots of explainations because i will not explain anymore .. im fed up and tired of all that ... im supposed to come here have a nice time but im being hardly punished for Every Single mistake my players do .. and im being punished myself.
Also im being threatened that i will face a ban even i didnt make mistake and if one of my players make mistake then i will be banned too with him ...
also i ve been warned to Send an apology to Server Guard on pm and on public on things my players did not me , and i will not accept that.
i believe that this is a game and if it exceeds the game fun so best solution is to step away from Keyboard and yet now , im stepping away from VOID with no coming back again this time , Permenant.
i know that the void is the best server to play on and i will never find a good server like this one but i cant stand anymore threatening and bad-treatment from Server Guard "Zebulon".

I haven't played on the Void so long, but in all games a person leaving is not a good thing, neither for the server or for ingame friends of the person.

no one can become almost unbeatble in such a short time...and you have to pay for that.
you always said that you never been banned and now you are banned for the worst reason, in a multiplayer game.
