Why I,ve not been on much

Have you been to a ostepath, a doctor once (off the record as it's classed as alternative medicin) told my Gran to go and see one about her ciatica, and the managed to sotr it loverly. worth a try mate.

Good idea. Also, my mum has a practice in different sorts of Eastern massages. Shiatsu, and a lot of other of which I can't pronounce the names lol. Eastern massages often seem to have a healing effect where other methods fail. I don't know if there's something like that in your area, but if there is you might wanna try that too.
