Alright I'm getting a lot of complaints, but barely any SS's.

If we should believe the complaints we are getting, there is a lot of unpleasant stuff going on in game. Especially when there are no Void tags around...
If you want things to improve, complaining about it will not get you anywhere. Frankly it's a waste of valuable time. If you have something you think the staff needs to take a look at, you should take a few minutes, and upload a couple of unedited screenshots, and add them to the pm you are going to send to one of the [VOID]s.

Some players seem to think that some of us do not take them seriously. So for them:
EVERY report from anyone will be taken seriously. A lot of them are even separately discussed by the Voids. Server Guards do not have the privilege to let personal preference cloud their judgment, and it simply does not happen.
You can trust that any player on Void will be treated with the same respect, and will be taken equally serious.
Please keep in mind that the fact that we do not immediately ban the player in your report does not mean we are not taking you seriously. A ban is the very last resort and therefore not high on our list of actions. And for sure, a ban is often not the best solution, as it will only aggravate most people even more. So don't be surprised if you do not see a ban post after your report.
However, when the line has been crossed beyond what is acceptable, we will not hesitate to do so.

We will try our very best to solve in game problems, of any kind. That is what we are here for. So if you want to report something to one of the Guards and help improve the gaming environment, or if you just want to talk to us, please DO send your report. Not sending it will guarantee that nothing will be done with it.
If you don't send reports, then obviously there is nothing to complain about.

On a side note: Please address your ingame problems to the [VOID]s, not the [ADMIN]s - they have other stuff to do.

I would like to add a side note to this. PAPERAZZI - we had a problem with SS maniacs (and Im not talking about the ones that like black leather uniforms either!) It amounted to "JUNK MAIL" with lots of POINTLESS screen shots that proved absolutely NOTHING. Before you send us your specific complaint please make sure that you have your evidence to hand. We CANNOT act on unsubstantiated complaints. IF you find yourself in a position where it is not possible to send a Screen Shot of the offending incident - please bring it to our attention - names places etc. and PLEASE do it in a sensible and susinct (SHORT) manner. We will look into it but without actual hard evidence we cannot promise to "fix" the problem.

Believe me we take this seriously. If someone is doing something they are not supposed to do and they think they can get away with it in game - then they will "offend" more than one person and eventualy they are going to do it to a disguised ADMIN / VOID.

Sadly many complaints we get are of the "I got shot - why?" variety. So before you send your complaint make sure it is a VALID complaint and not just a petulant wail of desparate failure to deal with a game that you are very likely going to be "killed" more often than you succeed in killing.

We DO listen to what you have to say and we also disregard some of it because it is nothing more than pointless whinging. Be Certain That Your Complaint Is VALID before you decide to send it to us..... Just so you know. Thanks.

with great authority comes great responsibility.

As for the issue - i hope that we reach some good peace here on void.
Maybe if we applied some kind of Timed-Wars , that are forced to end in Certain time , despite of results.
maybe it will soften the relations a bit and then end it by time.

Yet you ban players with silly reasons and who says you are telling the truth ??? i DIDNT SEE ANY SCREENSHOTS POSTED WITH PLAYER BANS --> any at all , its just your word??? You just ban someone as you see fit or maybe you dont like him ??? A nice example of admin abuse...

You're exactly the kidn of peeps that make void so unpopular, when a newbie will see what u said he'll sya oh its the truth i dont know why i stay here then.

i wouldn't mind 30 days dude , its not that .... What makes it unpopular are the the stiffed up rules , hostile environment and the fact that clan leaders are admins and guards witch makes them in a conflict of interests.. Also , player abuse is not seen from a wider picture , but from silly ss-s extracted from a context , monopoly made by senior players and unbalanced ratio bad/good or w/e u call it (80% navy clans/plyers -- 2o% pirates/evils). Of course you are not flexible at all . Once you realize these are the main problems you wont have an unpopular server anymore... Enjoy

That's Good you left ESF clan from about 4 weeks ago , Cause by this Swear ban , you would have been Ejected by force from clan .... - lucky us , Troubles stayed away from us this time Wink

- good luck on your 3 days ban , and let it be a reason for you to remember that swearing isn't a good manner....

Banned for being disrespectful and insulting towards a server guard, rising to baits in game and showing very poor attitude whilst being warned to cease several times.
Initial duration 7 days. PM me on Tuesday 21st April if you want the ban to be lifted.

Why dont you EXPEL yourself from the clan and stop replying on every post here , try basketball or some physical activities. READ your post then read your ban and EJECT yourself from the clan ?? Unbelivable people here..

Yet you still keep defying your ban. Maybe 3 days aren't enough?

Its REAL simple - Dont like it? Go play somewhere else! If this is an "unpopular" server then wtf are you doing playing here? If you want to play here mind your tongue - everyone is entitled to an opinion but maybe you need to go over some of the older threads here - better players than yourself have come and gone from the VOID. Those that have left vowing never to return have done exactly the opposite and returned some of them suitably humble. I guess this must be a real "unpopular" place - Dont like it? Go play on BSG / Disco or wherever and indulge your swearing elsewhere - lets see how long that last..... You are precisely the sort of player we can do without. So - you have a choice - comply with the rules and do as you are requested or leave. Its not rocket science.
