S.I.A. Report: RED ALERT STATUS for all Sirius

Today, at around 1400 hours local time, one of our S.I.A. (Sirius Intelligence Agency) Long-Range Intelligence Satellites made a shocking discovery. Its sensoors picked up a ship passing at high speed at a range 20.000 km from the satellite's position.

An image capture of the suspected ship is shown below. The average quality is due to the extreme distance to the target.

Digital analyses of the imagery reveals the vague image of a black scorpion painted on the aft hull of the ship, as well as a depiction of a 'skull & bones' on the aft exhaust fins. Along with further analyses of the ships transponder signal the results suggest that the ship in question belongs to one of the most feared criminals Sirius has ever seen. The criminal in question is known amongst the Sirius Community as 'Black Scorpion', a name he was once given for his ship's resemblance with a black scorpion, a Black Edition Nomad Highbred.

This criminal has been on the top of many agencies' wanted lists for crimes against humanity, pirating, numerous charges of murder against government officials, theft, profanity, insult and P.U.I. (Piloting Under Influence) for many years, yet despite many operations, of which some secret, has up to this day always managed to escape the claws of justice. He is widely acknowledged as an international criminal and has recently been put on the S.I.A. most wanted list.
A few months ago this pirate disappeared from the radar, and there was no intelligence what so ever as to his whereabouts.

Connections have been made with several random attacks on ships and convoys of different factions picked up by several of our satellites. . So far we have received reports and video intelligence about the ruthless attack and destruction of the following:

- 2 Rheinland Military Cruisers

- A Gateway Train convoy

- A Samura Large Transport Convoy

- A Spa & Cruise Armored Transport carrying government officials

- A Bretonian Destroyer

Casualties of the recent attacks have ran in the hundreds, and the financial damage amounts several billion Sirius Credits.
We have reason to believe that the Black Scorpion is responsible for these ruthless acts. It is assumed that the infamous pirate has either been hired for these actions by unlawful factions in exchange of high rewards, or has initiated these attacks by himself in order to sell the salvaged wreckage with a profit. A combination of these two possibilities is not ruled out. This leads us to believe that the Scorpion now possesses enough financial means to purchase and maintain the most exclusive weaponry and equipment.

A team of our undercover agents has provided us with information of which our intelligence officers have composed a reputation sheet of the Black Scorpion. It has been released for public view and is displayed below:

As you can clearly see, this pirate has ties that run deep into the most evil factions of Sirius. His connections with the Sirius underworld strongly suggest the possibility that in contrary of the past, he doesn't work alone anymore, but is given co-operation by many unlawful factions.
It is also believed that he is offered shelter on the several bases of these factions. However, which one(s) of these he uses as his main base of deployment, has yet to be established.

Seeing the suspects threat level, this is for the S.I.A. a reason to issue a 'Red Alert Status' all throughout Sirius.

All Sirius governments have increased the number of patrols around popular trade lanes and planet areas, and numerous Army, Navy, Police and Security battle- and fighter fleets have been mobilized to identify the location of this criminal.

In the mean time, all civil space traffic is strongly advised to only use the fixed trade lane routes, and not to venture out of planet local areas for more than 10K distance.

Updates on this matter will be made public as soon as they are acquired.

Planet Mahatten - Liberty Govermental Offices : Liberty Presidental Offices

A Young Cadet throws himself through the door on the left of the room. "Sir!" he shouts in a confident voice, handing a data carrying device to a man dressed smartly in some form of military uniform.The cadet then made his way promtly out of the room.

"It seems as if we have a situation Sir" the man said looking at the President sitting sharply in his seat.
"Right Commander" the president said. "lets get down to the LN HQ Command Station shall we and see whats going on".

The President and the Commander leave the room.

Planet Manhattan - Liberty Navy HeadQuarters : Command Centre

A large group of solders march through the main doors of the large scale room. Moving everyone aside from the door. Suddently the commander walks in and shouts, "President on Bridge! Attention!"
Suddently all the men working on their computer panels raise from their seats and stand at attention.

The President Enters the room. "Back to your stations gentlemen."
Everyone returns to their place within the command centre. A supervisor approachs the President. "Sir" he says slowly, "Yes?" Said the President. "We have reports coming in from the S.I.A that we are to move up our security level to Code Red. Seems that their is some sort of stir going on and we havent received all the details. Your orders sir?"

The commander approachs the President. "Sir if I may be so bold. Why dont we put the reserves on red alert and inform naval forces to operate Operation Stallion. That way we keep the S.I.A happy and we avoid any problems here." The President turns to the Commander "See that its done and i want constant updates on the situation" Then with a high pitched tone he shouts "and would someone get me the LSF director on the line!"

The President leaves the command centre and his small squad of gaurds accompany him.

"Right! Inform all commands that Operation Stallion is in affect. I want as many files as possible related to this on my desk in 30 minutes." The Commander Shouts. "Aye sir!"Says the supervisor then turning to a communication console attached to the wall."

Comm Channel - "This is Command Centre to Security: Lock down the LN HQ for Operation Stallion"

Liberty soldiers suddently storm out of doors as the alarm sounds. The soldiers make their way towards the main gates locking down the entire complex under the command centres orders.

S.I.A. UPDATE

Be advised:

The image below has been recorded on the space station called Thapsacus Depot, which is believed to be run by Rogues operating in the Alexandria area.

The image clearly shows the Black Scorpion docked in the base docking bay. The distinct marks of black scorpions and the infamous 'skull & bones' are clearly distinguishable on the ship's hull panels.

This leads us to believe that the Scorpion is currently hiding at the Rogues base in Alexandria. Navy and Police patrols in the system have been scrambled to raid the space station and are patrolling the surrounding areas in order to intercept the pirate as soon as he scrambles from the base when the traffic picks up.

Law enforcement forces are asking every available pilot in Sirius to assist them in their operation. A large reward of 50.000.000 SC will be awarded to the one who can bring this pirate to his justice. Dead or Alive.

We have received intelligence that the I.S.B. is also planning operations of their own. We are currently negotiating a potential co-operation in this, since this criminal has managed to escape many times before.

We will keep the people of Sirius updated.
