** Keeping our Forums Friendly to All ......

This Post is to the entire Void community .
Please read this post as a whole.
Its context (the order in which these points are put )
is important to fully understand what we are
doing and why we are doing it.

This post was not written based on one occurrence.
Nor was it just cobbled together in one sitting.

We as Site Administrators are truly held to one rule above all others.
That rule is to keep the Void forums open and available
to everyone's opinions and thoughts.
There is no end to the awesome subjects that have been
posted and commented upon.
There is no end in sight to the same.
This is all part of the fun to be had here.

There is always our ongoing task of editing
foul language and obvious adult themed content.
There are times when we have to make less obvious
choices as part of out duties however.
This entails what will inevitably be see as un-fair to
some and not to others. If this is so ...then so be it.

If you post your personal dislike for other fellow
players here with a serious or threatening
tone, your post will be more than likely deleted.
If you continue , All of your posts may be deleted.

Don't say it was "Just Role Play!"
Most people can differentiate between
"Lighthearted Sarcasm between Friends" and "Role Play"
Many servers create a separate forum area specifically
for Role Play discussion.
We have purposely Not created a separate area.
This is because many players would simply skip over
this section should it exist.
The role play on the Void server belongs in the
"General Discussion" area where it can be
seen and understood by all players.
We have recently been adding this little tag *RP*
before and after role play posts to help players know
that the comment is in fact ...... Role Play !!
When you're role playing... please add these tags .

If you feel the need to partake
in the act of voicing your personal dislike for another
player here....

Don't Do It in the Public Forums !!!

Deleting entire threads is easy .
Deleting one's posts is easy too.

Some Threads will become confusing to read
if an individuals posts are mass deleted.
Be aware that this may occur .

Once again, Our endeavor is to make this server
the best freelancer server online.
The Void site and its forums are an extension
of our great server and as such will be
maintained with care.

You are all welcome to be a part of our community.
Please treat it with respect and share it with all.
