When you get a moment, can you change the subject to Russian please.
Done.
BTW, if we`ll post the topic subjects in russian (cyrillic, not transliteration), then some of us will be unable to read it without changing their encoding type. I know you`ve tried hard to make the forum more frienlier to russian language, and you did it, but... as frequently happened with good ideas, the technical problems of different users had spoiled it. Sorry, we are still can`t use cyrillic subjects. Dont care, we`ll use transliteration, no problems with it.

Did it ever work right when i put in the fix or was this problem recent ?
Do I need to look for cyrillic or transliteration language file? If you know some Russian PHPBB forums, maybe i can ask them for the language file.
It` sworking right, but when one person is writing the subject in his default encoding (e.g. Cyrillic (Windows)), then another one (e.g. with default WesternEuropean (ISO) encoding) is unable to read it proper and need to switch his encoding settings to another. We have different settings and I cant see the way how to equalize it. Our clan members are living in many countries, our operational systems localized differently.
Heres a links to the competent (<--IMHO) PHP forums: http://php.ru/forum/, http://www.phpworld.ru/forum/.
I can help you with translation there, or smth else you`ll be needed. I`m not a programmer, but I think I`m smart enough to understand what you need and ask it on the forum. Could you explain in details what should I ask there?
Ok im looking for a language pack for a PHPBB forum that will work for russian people.
So I guess you need to say something like...
Im on an english forum and they added a Russian language pack for the PHPBB forum which is part of a php nuke website. but it dont work right because........... are there any language packs we can use for this that you know of?
