Any idea when the next mod update is gonna be?

I just wanted to know how many people that uses Ventrilo/Teamspeak because i dont know which program i should install.
I have seen that this website has an "easy start" thing to teamspeak on the frontpage but i have heard that Ventrilo should be a very good program too.

nephalim i like your idea of "less than 20 people" but i think there should be a lvl req too. that would reduce the abusing of /bounty

what about that in the next Voidmod its not possible to start a /bounty if your under lvl 30-40 or somethin?
