Hello old friends. A friend asked me the other day what is the most fun and memorable online game I've ever played. It was funny because almost instinctly I said Freelancer voidserver. He actually recognized the Freelancer name and replied with Will I be picking up Star Citizen.

I've never played a Final Fantasy game but I definitely want to get this game on PS3 since I like what I'm seeing in the previews.

With that being said, since I've never played any of the previous FF games, will I be able to understand what's going on in the new game or will I be lost?
