My suggestions:

-official reputations for clans as a new factions,
-clan bases in random systems,
-battleships, they can be only for clans or not (better not),
-if battleships, then possibility to dock on them (moving spawn, yes it is possible),
-"PIMP shop", where you could buy a new lights ...
