Currently vanilla FL is installed. No mod and no quick fix. DX9.0c is in use. The firewall and on board sound have been disabled.

Thanks Sythe. Although I think that you should be renamed Eagle Eye. If you can see those little dots as you are zooming by. My graphics are all the way up. I went back to look for the dot and did in fact see them. Like I said though, they are soo small most would go unnoticed.. Thanks for the help ...
