I know that the VOID server is currently down, and i would like to offer my server in its place if anyone would like. Thanks, i use IRONCROSS already to edit accounts and stuff like that, but i don't want to have to scan each player that joins to see if what they have looks legit!!

I know there is a program out there that will scan for cheaters and prevent PVP in New York.  Does anyone know the name of that program or where i can get it??

That gave me an idea, i just uninstalled the V6 and is solved the problem.  Thanks Ripper for the idea though.  I guess the V6 was taking over for the applying of the IP address and i guess that one time i got on, was when it reverted back to the old TCP/IP setting.  But all is well now.  Thanks

P.S. i unplugged my modem today and it appears that i do  not have a static IP so i may have to looking getting one.  There for my server's IP has changed.  The name is the same if you would like to play on it

Well, uninstalling Norton fixed the problem instantly.  No issues at all with it gone.  So, i have installed AVG as a backup and all is still running well.

I will consider it.  But it would not happen until next week, it would have to be dedicated first, i don't think my current config could handle that many people at once.  so for now, i am keeping a limit, but noone with excepting to the one person i sent here has joined.  but thanks for the info.

I totally agree, i have been running Windows XP since the first time i downloaded it. I swear by it and even bought a laptop with Vista and # Gigs of Ram and still installed XP. But the problem is, i still have friends, who know very little about computers and stick to their "legal" copies of Vista ...
