Recently, i was working with another member of the AoF for practice.  What we were doing was attackint the pirate destroyers in Babilonia.  The worked well while we wer co-operating.   We also did a paid mission togeather against some nomads, and this also worked well.  
   :idea:  I would advise this as a method of teaching new members of the Void so that they may gain experience in combat with other players.  This kind of practice is as improtant as practicing pvp.  And it can be fun.  :D

Yes Argh!!This is what we do usually with new members especially help them in the beginning to make more money.
Training sessions in pvp and in NPC combat will be conducted.

I would also like to offer PvP training some time. Not sure when we can all get together though. This idea might have to wait til the weekend.  The EFZ is the perfect place, of course, since there are no NPC's there to interfere. However, I am confident  there are several highly skilled PvP'ers who might provide training during other times. It's occurred to me that we might consider paying someone to give some serious training. I'm still learning the AoF structure, but I'm supposing we have a treasury. We could budget 10M for a class. Pirates might find this more lucrative than taxing , and rogues an easy way to make a little missile money and a few easy frags.     Maybe we'll even find a few Navy types who'll volunteer.

Meantime, I agree NPC hunts are GREAT practice. However, if you really want to have some NPC training that is closer to the kind of fight you'll get from an RP (Real Player) then Bounty Hunters flying Highbreds are probably the best bet. Taking high-level missions in Omicron Gamma for Corsairs, or Omicron Alpha for Outcasts not only pay well but can be very challenging til you sharpen your skills. When you can take on a couple of waves of 4 or 6 Highbreds by yourself you are getting pretty good.

Can I suggest some inter-clan training between AoF and A51? The sooner A51 become expert at killing pirates the better to send us against the DTA and 665 etc. Let me know what you think. We are still getting up to speed re setup and fighting tactics.

I like the idea. I am not a professional pvper, but I would want to learn from Watchwolf and A51. I heard some of u guys are expereienced with Freelancer.

Wel completely agree with Watchwol here-
1.For pvp EFZ is preet gud.U ofcourse wont use bots or bats.
2.For NPCs undoubtedly Nomad highbreds are the most difficult.They are far tougher than ur average N1.If u can take even four of them and regen only twice then u are a master.
I will be in-game in another week or so.Untill then u guys just group up and do missions together or do some friendly pvp duel.The alliance with A51 has now been approved.U can therfore do training with A51 guys and then u can help out each other.

They are NomadHighBred ships and the name is like a misnomer.Its bounty hunters who fly this Nomadhighbred.Though i dont know why though or how bounty hunters even got hold of this ship.This ship is bristling with Nomad guns and got all the nomad goodies.

It flies like a butterfly,zips around like fly and stings like a bee.Pretty dangerous when there are four of them.
Though i would say that ur rep could take a beating if u want fight against these things as u would have to take missions against bounty hunters.Best place is omicron gamma.

Fortunately or unfortunately only NPCs use this ship and players cant buy this ship.Though it might be in the next mod.

If you want good NPC training one of the best and closest places is Planet Titania in NB G-5,6 take high paid BH missions from there and you will get about 5-6 nomad hybrid ships each time, you don't need to worry to much about your rep as there is usually always a bribe available at the bar to fix it.
