Im not the best artist around. Adobe Photoshop Limited Edition is the one that I tend to use. Others have the more advanced one. There are others that I dont know of and they have some cool effects. Check the sig forums for requests. Jung-Chang is one of our many resident artists and produces some excellent work as do several others. A polite PM requesting a Sig or Avatar will be responded to if the individual has the time.
If I get a chance I might have a crack at one for you. Can't promise it will be brilliant as I am more of a painter and decorater than an interior designer...! :D Most of mine tend to be based off internet images mixed with my own brand of messing about. My current sig is a temporary VOID signature until I can come up with something different.

kk you have to get someone to make you a sig to start then host it at imageshack and copy the URL into your sig box... i think it's how i did it and you have to put [img]URL%20HERE[/img] and your sig will be up and running... I THINK i'm right not to sure.
