TRIAD war status (Stand Down)

From this day on, TRIAD is to stand down, The war with ORION is concidered to be a completed opporation. I will give you a break down of objectives and results in the official statement that follows.

OBJECTIVES

ORION

1. Stop ORION from gangbaning people they didn't want in Sparta.

TRIAD can't take full credit for anything that was acheived in Sparta. It was a combined effort of many clans and freelancers that decided to help us in our efforts to free Sparta,  and for that we would like to thank them. Sparta for the last couple of weeks has been a place where many have come to fight, learn and enjoy the game. There has been a dramatic increase of traffic and people asking for PVP's. ORION is of the minority of the visiting fighters that now visit Sparta, so they don't have the resources to gangbang. Due in large by the efforts of REAVERS, Black Legion, Blood Legion, SYN, BBD, Various Rouges, 666, FTP, a dash of DTA goes a long way, and last but not least various freelancers.

2. Stop ORION from claiming they own Sparta

I have not seen ORION say that they own or rule Sparta in weeks. Orion is now dispersed throughout the systems for much of the day

3. Stop ORION from dock raping individuals they didnt want in Sparta, causing unreasonable regen distances.

Sense ORION doesn't mass in Sparta as they once did, the number of dock rapes have gone down to a unsporting level. Certain individuals still have contempt or just a general lack of respect for others. I do beleive the majority of ORION members have not practiced this type of behavior lately.


ESF

ESF was anticipated to be a major allie for ORION in the war. After a few days of war,  ESF would return to Nomad 1 more frequently to defend their home system. After ORION became less of a threat and retreated, all war efforts where directed against ESF, I have to give credit to BBD, SYN, NRE,  and -=TERCIO=- for the downfall of ESF in Nomad 1, these clans shared the same time zone as the majority of ESF players and put forth the majority of the driving force. ESF was ejected from their home system. Nolonger do they claim N1 and have been on the move for the last week or so.

NRE,  and -=TERCIO=-  are still at a war status with ESF at the time of this posting, Why, I have now idea nor do I personally care. As long as either of these clans are hostile with ESF they can count on the support of TRIAD.

4S

These guys are a mystery to me, I'm under the impression that they entered the war under obligation of an alliance. War was not declared on them because of that fact,  I would support and fullfil my alliances as they did whole heartedly. I would have to say the pilots of 4S where amung the most challenging pilots we had to face in this war. Many times we where fighting more 4S than ESF or ORION. Got to give these guys their props because without them this war would have been over a long time ago.


CONCLUSION & DISCLAIMER


I hope this war was conducted in a manner that the Void conciders appropriate. I hope everyone that participated in this war had fun and some excitement. But it's time for the war to end sense all objectives have been completed. If we drag this on any longer with no clear objectives it will take a life of it's own and become very personal for some.



WARNING

This thread will not be closed for flaming, It's intended to congradulate and mend the opposing sides, doesnt matter who you think won or lost just say good battle and move on. All information is this post is factual as many of us know it. So please don't bother trying to win the war in the forums when the battle was lost on the server. I ask that all flaming be deleted by the admins so that the post can stay open so that those who don't flame can continue to discuss the war and communicate about better ways to have wars in the future. As I would like to invade claimed areas and if you die you can't respawn, the clan with the last survivers win this weeks war. It's just an idea, but I think wars like that would be fun, and a little less personal and damaging to the clans involved. But then again TRIAD is 200% bigger than when we started the last war.

Thanx Xenon...We had some great fights man. I think the weaknesses and stregths of all clans involed where exposed and now we have an oppertunity to make our clans even stronger.


Sorry Xenon I gave ya some slack on your first post, but you abused it. So now you cant post here at all, I won't tollorate spam from you or anyone else.  This forum is for the masses to enjoy and communicte upon, not  your personal propaganda. If you think you've won this war, or if your saying ESF wasn't ousted from Nomad 1 then please post that in your forum. Then we can all get a laugh.

This seems really funny to me.

I congratulate those involved in the war and the rp that went with it, and especially  Cobra for this post and the way it is put across.(even if it doeshave a little tiny dig at the opposition) lol.

But it seems that ESF have a major problem with losing.  You did lose this battle simple as that.  Being outnumbered etc doesnt matter when your in battle, to me its just smart tactics. Nobody likes to lose,  so get over it and come back for more.

This isnt a flame, its just an observation mainly about ESF and their way of handling this post.  :D

Okay here's my 2 pence worth.

I know I've been offline for a log time. And I do know that i don't do crap at PVP anymore.

BUT!

Freelancer is and will always be no more than a game. Some people seem to have forgotten that.

I know I've acted like a retard on not so few occasions. The good part about is that I proven my point.

Pirates/Evil Clans/Players have been fighting since well... the first day MP Freelancer was made. There have always been clashes of oppinions. This isn't a new thing.

On the other hand. Someone should just learn to accept loosing from time to time. Yeah I know, loosing aint anyones favourite thing to do but hey, at the end, this is just a GAME. It won't affect your life in any way. So why not try to admit defeat and just move along?

I know it's tough to lose if you're used to winning. I'm on the exact same position nowadays.

Ok to the part that matters:

I've been there as the wars were fought. There really wasn't a dominating clan so I can't know what really hapenned in the end.

TRIAD: You have my full support. If you see me online just give me a call if you're in a tough spot.

XENON: I've always put up with the comments you made. I think it's just about time for me to stop doing that. If you're deliberately trying to start a flame war you better hang on to your tights as they're gonna get torn to pieces before you can say "Hey, I dunno when to stop"

You've just lost that last pinch of respect I had towards you.


SPARTA: You can't claim systems on the Voidserver just yet. So quit blubbering about it and just move along.

Well all i really wanna say is GF's to both sides was good to fly with u all and hope we can do it again soon, i dont care about who won really as u can never tell but most of the time it seemed nomad1 which is ESF system was more like BBD's, NRE'S, SYN and Tercio space, seems like us lads done a good job and deserve a beer  =D>

Naa bro you guys are not the bad guys...I didn't care for your policies, but policies are not always a true reflection of people. So the jury is still out, you will always be judge by your deeds and so will I. Pesonally I've only seen ORION claim Sparta, I had no idea about Saints, I think it's a bad idea for any clan to claim such public areas, doing so is nothing short of political and economical suicide.

Xenon:

Xenon by deleting your post I'm actually doing you and US a favor. Because of your antics your being represented on this post by a talking beaver, get a clue dude.

Electral:

You being outnumbered is a clear refelction that the majority of the Void does not share your clan policies or Xenon's political objectives. And please understand that the coalition was outnumbered by pilots 80% of the time, so please correct the notion that we had more pilots. The way I see we had more pilots that stayed in the war and didn't take off the uniform and join AOF.

12 members or 2 members, I remember Thorn and I have beaten ESF alone and also lost alone, I'm very happy to have the 12 special guys we have.  TRIAD has been blessed, but trust me it was a struggle as we would only keep the good ones and send the rest to ESF. (It's not how big the dog is, it''s how big the fight is in th dog)

u all must really hate XENON , but i dont see ur probelm , i see a bunch of players that like to spam and slag others. u all need to find someone else to slag and with the whole picture things, im shocked u guys step that low, well it dosent suprise me. anyone thats been on this forum more than a month shouldnt be suprised at the junk u come up with. if it wasnt for staril and admin team with a half decent mod , i wouldnt be hear and sometimes i got to congratulate the players who leave for making the right choice. it wont be the global server listing that will make this server lose new players. cant beleive someone said the players of this server are so freindly. he must have went for a beer before he played
