My apologies for the late reply (clan opps and personal stuff kept me very busy) but nevertheless I thank you all for your warm welcome guys!

YMER is not a 'server-hopping' clan and therefore we try to settle down here on Void ASAP. We are still exploring the systems and stuff and, when done, we will choose a system that we can name our home-system “YMER Space” again. YMER are Pirates but we tend to be ‘good’ in the sense that we help our good ‘customers’ (the tax-paying Traders  ;) ) and we are ‘bad’ in the sense that Hunters or all others that end up on our KOS list are our sworn enemies and we kill our enemies on sight.
Pirates are our next of kin, we fight on their side if needed, now and then we organize a Pirate-only-party in space , we help Pirates out where possible and they always have a free passage through YMER space (even their Trader ships). Pirate clans who choose to be hostile to YMER are no more than Hunters to us and may end up on our KOS list too. There are enough Hunters and Trader out there for all of us so we don’t really see the need to kill other Pirates unless we are provoked. If us Pirates stick together and Hunters do their job too then roll-play can become GREAT FUN! And FUN is the reason why we all play Freelancer, right?  

Finally I like to praise the Void staff. You did a most impressive work on this Mod. Congratulations Void, you did a great job on this server !!

Thank you all again for the warm welcome, greet my Gods when they are online (we don’t bite… that often  :D ) and you may look forward for the first party in YMER space (Pirates only  :) ).

After reading your clan story, I would have to partially retract my wish to 'die gracefully'... Seems that if I would meet one of you in my [X]BLACK_SCORPION[X] char, we just might join hands in order to rid the filthy greedy trader scum of their credits. Looking forward to that indeed.

As for my Black_Legion char: All I can say is that I hope you are on our friendly list. Otherwise I'll just scrape your blood off my wings in order to offer it to the Blood Gods. Seems they have a particular taste for evil Blood...
Also looking forward to that. >:)
