OOC: Well, I'd have no problem moving out, but RP wise... I just don't see the Outcasts getting up an leaving over a few freelance groups, who aren't even part of the any Lawful Organization.... 4S themselves declared that they are an army, neither good nor bad... So it's not like 4S or Dacia are there under any legal obligation >.>

Also, sticking with the RP theory. If the Navy EVER moved in on a Pirate System... A Pirate HOME System.... You could be quite sure that every damn pirate would be there to root them out and total war would break out. An example: The USA landing troops in Leningrad during the Cold War with Russia. Pirates and Navy are basically at a Cold War. Yes we shoot each other, but full offensive like that of Dacia and 4S would NORMALLY have caused one of the largest PvP wars in the Void. They simply took advantage of the fact that the Outcasts died down for bit, RP Wise, made up an excuse and moved in. Personally, my thinking is that Dacia moved in there because no one would PvP against them anymore and were ignoring them....

I thing we just established that fact that Cardamine is NOT illegal in OA and thus not a crime nor an unlawful trade, whereas the invasion of a system can't quite be considered "Legal" either.

Leaning back in his chair he spun a pen between his fingers. Call him old-fashioned, but he wished the days of ground warfare would return. Nowdays, one would fry in a cockpit in space, where one's last breath would be that of recycled air and not of the land one was fighting for. Sighing, he got back to work, penning several more letters before typing them out and sending them to the leaders several infuential groups. If you cant trade cardamine or are unwilling to take the risk in OA then maybe you should look further afield for a source of income. I know I have and Im keeping mine quiet... hehe.
