Aaaaa...well....i'm ortodox and...Cristmas was on 25 dec...and for as far as I know...so it was for the rest of the ppl.
Tomorrow is Saint's Ioan the baptist day in my ortodox calendar....

Eastern Orthodox Church count's time by the julian calendar. So our christmas is on jan. 7. and our New Year is on jan 13.  :)

Orthodox 2...so that's why i'm asking.
I did some research and It confirmed Cika_velja's reply.
Now i remember that there were in the village were my grandparents lived some guys that
were celebrating Christmas according to a "old cast orthodox church" (i don't know how to translate this properly in English, but that's a version...)

Yes even among orthodox Christians there are different dates for Christmas.Thats because Greek and Romanian orthodox churches accepted new Gregorian calendar as a part of a deal (union) with catholic church.
