Decline 2 Public Insults,Acusations,Moaning&Bad Behavior

Recently, i intercepted  a Top Secret report from the "Defender of basic rights of Voidians"named asociation.
I'l present ya the content:

-2nd: 2 many" U killed me,U...;I just sitting & U shoted me, U....;,U dock killer monster,U...;U R ganging me, U...;U attacked us in 256 vs 1 mode, U...'
On the next day:' Nooo!!...In fact, U did this 2 us, U bloody assasin, U...'
-3rd: 2 many'U R laggy...;UR Jumpy...;Why cant i shot ya...;I suspect ya 4...
Answer:'No, U.... U R ....& I suspect ya 4...bla,bla,bla......'

This tipe of dialog, afected many childrens, who readed Void Forum 4 a school Referate that had the 'Human Art of Comunication' title: Result?
-High crisys of Paranoia, mass murder&mass suicides with bombs& Rodeo on Torpedo &Rocket head,survivors suffered severe psichyc damages!
This situation cant be tolerated
-Our Asociacions Recommandations 4 those 3 typicall problems:
On the 1st:Dont insult, & No need 2 apologise-So simple!
On the 2nd:Its a shooter game, not a dance school, but if ya have some problems with other player, resolve them via PM , dont spam the chat or forum with childysh afirmations.U can also applie the technick so called'Shoot dont talk', or in unsuccess situation, the "Me rabbit, U bad wolfe, i run around U triyng 2 bite Yr tail' If U R really hurrested by someone, and he is not reasonable with ya, send a PM 2 an Admin, he will fix Yr problem.
On the 3rd:That kind of problems, if they R real, R Admin job, player cant fix them.Its a question of honor 2 debate them only in private chanel or via PM, or if U R sure its about some illegall stuff, U can aproach an Admin via PM, dont blame in public mode.

If our recomandations will have no efect, we'll try 2 contract psychologist counselors 4 problematic ppls wich have no intend 2 be reasonable, but bills will be payed by the pacients, not by the community.
As last desperate solution, we will post huge banners with ''Bad Bad Boy'logo, on the house of the recalcitrante ppls, 4 the delight of theyr neightbours,,,,hi hi hi !!!!

We have politicall and military power, but in no way we intend 2 interferate with Void Oficials actions. They will manage theyr problems how they will decide& how situation will permite them. So, no intrusions, be carefull!!!
If some foreign agents,will manage 2 decrypt this internall note & make it public, Voidians will treate this subject in concordance with theyr internall laws!

maybe this is not the right place but hard to be calmed and wise:

- when lvl 90 members shoot tons of rocket to you
- when you asked any people to stop shooting me in sys and private (both) chat and they can't stop
- when you received a message from anybody "all who can't kill me put me into decline to pvp board" and she/he
 can't stop shoot even if you shown no interest to fight
- when you have not enough english like me to explain yoursef for enemies
- when some players laughing @ your cheap english in system chat istead of send a "green" message
- if you not want to give up fight 'cause "shown no weakness"
- if your clanmates under attack, and you not as strong but don't want to see your m8s killed
- if you see the navy still grown by numbers and your group is outnumbered 2 or 3 vs 1

maybe they have to change behavior instead of you???

i know im evil so i have to face the consequences XD

I really apreciate U decided 2 join here m8!-All of you have my respect.
Its sad your experience was turned 2 such a negative way, but im convinced ,  things wil be fixed soon 4 you, and Your gaming days wil became Funy and relaxing again.
U know...this threat was not created 4 my ego, simply, when Argues & flames was started, it was the single nonviolent idea that i had, so, be it... I think when all voidians wil decide 2 join here, engaging theyreselfes in public way , to maintain proper behavior and comon sense, nobody wil embaresse you .  ;)
-I paciencely W8 the day, when i wil have hand & had-ake cause fights (respawns ) and if i want 2 see how could i post a flame topic, i wil must search in Void history 2 find one...  ;)

My fault if U thaught that, cause my bad english knoledge...Vsory 4 that.
