hi i have a Big Problem here my ping is always (But not in the morning)  High and iam not downloading or using MSN Massnger or anything else can any one tell me the problem ?

This is because of your ISP having poor connection with Void server which is in Frankfurt I think. Not much you can do, maybe change your ISP?

Yeah, the latency connecting from wherever you are from to Frankfurt is a long time, because now nearly ALL the Freelancer server mods out there all have server databases in Europe.. Not much luck, I'm from Australia and I am quite lucky to get connected to the server.. Also a ISP change may not do so well for your wallet so ill give you a few links to excellent programs to increase your connection speed.

Just a tip, make sure you know your connection speed and modem type such as: LAN, ADSL, ADSL+2 and so fourth. Ashampoo is mainly for browser surfing, but I found it helpful in the longrun..

Also internet speed can be burdened by system registry files, unwanted programs and continuously running programs, so I found GameBooster to be a big help, GameBooster needs to be bought but its unregistered version provides enough features. GameBooster also detects hardware drivers, telling you if you need to update on your drivers to enhance performance.

Egypt is not exactly a good locale, but NETEagle will increase the speed of your internet connection by 200% and it's proven to do so.. Ok, start up NETEagle, if you have downloaded it

Select your Operating Platform, such as: 2000, XP, Vista and so fourth..

Select your Connection Type in the section below. To check this, mouse over the overlapping computer icons the icon is located in your tool-bar closest to the clock, it will show your connection type. Select it and NETEagle will do its thing. Restart your PC

Well then play the game and find out, that's how you know, not by just going on your browser, logging on to Void and telling me how it only makes your browser fast.

Test your connection in Egypt and send me a link to your results.

Then click on New Server on the side of the test window, there is a world map on the bottom, click on the middle section and mouse around until you find the server for Frankfurt. Most FL servers operate there, so now you can find out how much you lag on FL servers. After you done the Frankfurt test, send the results.
