And use your brain. You know the lines on starmap shows the jumplanes.

and u 2 use your brains bcz it doesn't shows the  location (coords)  of the jumpgates
in each system and if u haven't visited a system the lines 2 dont appear

Then I suggest you go through a jumpgate and follow the trade lane to another jump gate. Every trade lane ends in a gate. I suggest you try this as it is called mapping.

May I point out that the FL universe is not that big even with the Void systems it is around 50-60 systems. Also...

1. Look at a certain system's map. Ie. New York.
2. You see blue lines, those are the trade lanes if you not figured out yet.
3. Each TL end in a Jump Gate to another system.
4. Notice how are they arranged. For example the jump gates to Texas and California are at the right and bottom of the map.
5. Go to Starmap.
6. Notice where are the Texas and California systems located relatively to NY.
7. There is a connection between the arrangement and locations of the jump gates in a system and the location of each system on the starmap.
8. Have fun mapping.
