whos buying a X-Box 360 or PS3

so who is buying it. i herd the cost it is going to be 300 to 400. i know the game are going to be 70 bucks becuse of the graphics. I kown i am not, at lest it untill the price go down or i will stay with my Ps2 i saw that they are still going to make games for it. I would like to hear... or read what you have to say about this.

XBOX 360... i have been the biggest fan of the xbox for years... so ill stick with the xbox.... there is going to be two versions of the 360 one with a 20 gig hard drive, one wire less controler, and u have to pay for xbl (xbox live) that version is 300$ the other comes with a 30 gig hard drive and 2 wireless controlers and free xbl that version is 400$... im getting the 300$ version because i already pay for xbl so it dosent matter... btw i play Halo2 more than anygame and im damn good at it!

If you plan on getting a Xbox 360, and you still want to play normal Xbox games, you have to get the back-compatible 360, but they are about $500.

Wrong m8, u can play most xbox game right out of the box on the 360, but if u want to play online with them u have to download (free) patchs to your 360... so its pretty good all around

I'm definitely getting the PS3, as I already have a large collection of Playstation 2 games!

However the xBox 360 would be a great console, if I can tear myself away from my pc!

Well given that the current xbox is still capable even now of making pc's look stupid..you have to say the xbox 360 has an advantage over ps3...however..sony have a huge market share and even if their hardware sucks developers will be falling over themselves to release games for it.

Personally I never buy new consoles until the price drops, but this is for two reasons, first of course is the price drop itself lol and second is that when they reach the point in their lifespan where a price drop is instigated most develpoers have got a proper handle on developing for it and the games just get better and better.

XBOX 360 might be better specs wise, but Sony have all the major games developers and their respective games nailed down now. Most of the really excellent games will be made by/for Sony.
