Hello all, I was flying around and i was wondering...why not have a traders guild? The rules would be simple, you would have to be a trader, and only have a frieghter. It would be a neutral guild, as in it doesn't take sides with clans or anything. Umm if you like the idea just post your comments.

I think it's a good idea, you could extend it and have certain sections. Like a group of fighters as excorts, the traders, maybe some pirates to spice up the action. If you put some effort into it, you can make it work!

Actually the Idea would be that it would only be traders, we may have a contract with either Navy or pirates, as in Navy would protect us, or pirates would give us safe passage.

I love this idea, it adds even more to the server, adds role play for the pirates, navy escorts and traders alike.

i would like to tell u that a new mercenary clan is being fromed by elite pvpers some ex 666 and xef and u can hire there services be it a trader navy man or even pirate for a small price, its as cheap and easy as paying a pirate tax but u actually get a benifit when u pay a merc for there services intead of a pirate who keeps it to themselves doing u no favours. So to the trader guild i would hire this clan so u are protected from rogues and pirates without the dishonour of being acused of antiroleplay when u dont pay tax as there wont be any pirates to tax u. Unless pirate clans would like to hire mercs to help a new kind of roleplay onto void aswell as having uber gd roadblocks when u tax as pretty much all the mercs are ex convicts like pirates who now the drill.
