Freelancer - The Void

When you think the DTA's comment to "come out and play" is next Fridays dinner date.

You've been playing Freelancer too much, when you go to the local pub, and ask for Liberty Ale, or Sidewinder fang

You've been playing Freelancer too much when your wife gets jealous of you playing and yells "Do you seriously get more pleasure out playing that game than playing with me" and you reply with "Yes"  **and continue staring at your monitor**

...........when you start calling your wife Mrs Zeb and refering to your shopping as cargo. When you ask the car park attendant for "permission to dock". When you refer to roundabouts as "jump gates" and the shortcuts home from work as "wormholes" as well as cursing your '96 Ford Mondeo (Contour - for our North American friends) for its inadequate armour and lack of firepower, saying "why can't this be more like an Anubis MkII?"

You know you've played Freelancer too much when:
1.  you have to be saved by your friends at school from talking too much about a hot girl looking like a Corsair  8O
2.  you date someone JUST BECAUSE they play Freelancer ( that oughta be interestin! )
3.  you KNOW that the hippies were actually Outcasts trying to sell cardimine
4.  you pass by a wreckage on the freeway and yell out your window N000000BB!
5.  you cant stop talking about pwning in Alex
6.  your girlfriend breaks up with you and you yell  OK SO LOG OFF THEN!!

It doesn't really matter Pi man, you make huge giant posts which i don't even bother to read and i just say " oh yes i agree " or something random xD


You know you've played Freelancer to much when you play the SP game like 40 trillon times, 40 TRILLION, thats like 40 000000000000000000000000000000000000. I dunno xD

You play Freelancer too much when you start following police patrol routes to find their base.

You play Freelancer too much when you try to get a mission in a police station, hoping to increase reputaion with them and the Military.

You play Freelancer too much if you drive around forests or mountains, or minezones looking for wreckage.

You know you've been playing too much Freelancer when you start comparing situations form real life to Freelancer ones on the forum.

or you play too much FL/Void that you start skipping work and lose your job  :lol:  :lol:  I know a couple players that's happened to!  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

You know.........too much when all you do is moan about DTA on the forums.  

When every thred on the fourms is moaning about DTA.

When you realise that not only is your ship on fire, so is your house.

you worry about Military Cruisers and Destroyers crashing into the earth.

you manage to fit a Thoth freighter into the nose area of a Liberty Cruiser. Like this.
