Something similar ive seen done is this:

Sell "Tickets" to people, say, 50-100k each
Each person who buys one will be put into a list and given a number, either randomly with no repeats, or up 1, 2, 3 as they go
At the end, a cash sum is put in by the person running it, and all the cash from selling is also put in
Then a bot/script is used to select a winning number, or 3 winning numbers in your case

If you ever wanted to do a longer lottery that ones a good way to do it, not only does it shell out more money to the person/people, but it also only gives chances to people who participate, cos lets face it, 100k isnt much. And with the sendcash system its easy to send money accross the void so they dont even need to be near you to be able to participate, just be on at the same time as you.
