As was stated to Osiris this COULD be his problem as he is from the region that this cable was cut in.  I have had a few problems with the server but not near as many and Osiris and Xenon have had.

Well i live in Canada... and i was lagging out just as much... every few minutes...

So it cant just be that cable.  Im sure the admins are working on it.
