Freelancer - The Void

Helping my brother out.

He just left on a business trip and won't be able to access a computer for a few days.
He took a gate or hole (not sure which) from Leeds to Birmingham and it CTD. Every time he logs with his character it immediatly CTD's so he is unable to do anything.

His character name is {TVI}-Trapper1.

Can anyone help my brother so once he get's back we can  fly together.

Hi Strail, I'm exploring Nomad 2 right now and my price list doesn't grow up. I can see the prices at the dealer shop, but my list isn't upgraded.

Can I keep on visiting Planets and my price list will be automaticaly updated or would I have to visit'em again when this is fixed?

When opening 'Chat' while flying towards a mission Freelancer crashed to desktop. I cant really offer any more useful information than that.... Any other reports of chat crashing VOID?

Mission Bug (Nothing At Waypoint)

I was in Nomad 1 doing a mission.  It was level 39 and pay 590.000.  It was on secter 0E.  No nomad showed up at mission.

thanks burn for the info i had problem today with mission on my favorite planets thats has been working.

frobozz this aint other servers this is the void, we never have problems like that with missions here that is why it is so wierd for us to have them now. i figure it is something simple that strail will have fixed real soon.

hey strail do have a little problem in sigma 21 planet eneeaari is stuck in the side of planet beselloth. looks like a tumor growing out of it. lol both are dockable but i figure the placement is just off a little thanks man.

ok the mission bug was fixed the other day after my earlier post. now as of marcg 8 at 245est it is back.

i dont know if this could be part of it strail but in the morning and late at night when there are only like 6 to 15 players never have problem. but everytime there are over 40 i cant take mission, is this related or just bad timing for me. any way thought you might know .

oh mission was at caliban struttgart 320 k kill everything.

I had a Kill Everything at Waypoint (Nomad) Mission from Sparta today, it didnt work either. I wish I had more info, sorry...

planet tundouarri in heli 1 no comodities dealers tho it says it has commodities on the info page.

strail i was on around 2pm est. player xitrix was kicked message said "attenpted cheat use detected"
when he came back on i asked him what he was doing he said buying a new light fighter engine for his patriot. so i had him do it again.

so he tried to purchase a borderworld light fighter engine for a patriot which it says he can at manhattan as soon as he did it kicked him again. i told him not to try again and would report.  :-?  :-??

more fun for the master of the void, i dont envy you.

I think Strail posted that engines shoudnt be bought because they are not intended to be changeable.

Hi, sorry to be a pain but i tried a mission in Sparta so i can buy a armour upgrade and there wasnt anything at the way point.

the mission was a base one where i have to blow it up,

Difficulty 38
Reward 495,000 creds
enemy npcs was Red Hessians
Sector 4E

I dont remember who the mission was for but i took it from the Abandon City.

ok strail it is march 11 about 7pm est. i have flown 20+ missions today in struttgart with no problem for over 10 million credits. then i come back to take anouther mission and no npc no way to abort, mission bug back, burn baby burn logged on at the same time and checked in sig 13 mission bug was there to. ?

A bug i dicovered at Omicrom Major and all new non-original systems.

When i enter cruise i go at 300 kps normal, but whan i cut engines it geos to 450 on amoured transport and 400 on the Anubis MK2. I do not mind the bug but i feel it is important to inform you. Thanks.
