Just markin' your card.  Hope that I didn't touch a sore point.   I apologise if any of what was said never came direct from you and this is not realy the place to be throwing this around.  I have no problem with you being here and to all intents and purposes I couldnt give a monkies what anyone else thinks.  I have only spoken in game to ONE other person regarding this and I was very careful not to be specific about it as that particular person does not need to know too much about the past history.  As to the Wannabe comments?  Well - that was funny, the rest of the comments were not.  At risk of having my own post deleted several members of your gang chose to launch a tirade of abuse directed against me both here and "offline".  What was shameful was that from your clan en-masse there was a general resentment to something that was intended to pay hommage to what was and excellent RP - somewhere down the line someone got all bent out of shape about nothing.  Lets just put this down to an old man's hurt feelings cos he thought he was doing this place a service and the slap in the face was somewhat unwelcome.

Maybe I should have PM'd this - however,  -=REAVERS=- are a shadow of your former incarnation and were soley a creation for the VOID with no other ambitions anywhere else in the Freelancer world.  It was an attempt  to bring some kind of validation to what bordered on genius as far as I was concerned.  Those that brought it crashing down behaved badly and the whole thing got out of hand.  This is not something that I would wish to see repeated.  If I did not make that clear then again, I apologise.

Your comment about people leaving is an interesting one given that they always seem to come back.  ;)  Seriously mate - congrats on the new addition to the family and all the best in the Real World and I hope that by example you can show people how to play this game properly.  I have you to thank along with AMOK, EVO and SAVAGE for what little I did learn regarding PvP.  

As to taking this place seriously?  Well, yes to a point.  Its the only game I play online and I am not the gaming expert that you are. I wouldnt know the business end of a 360 if it jumped up and bit me in the @ss!  If something is worth doing it is worth doing well and that is what I strive to do here.  No point in banging on about stuff if you are not prepared to back it up.  Anyways, without any further banter - take care, have fun and remember - You Are All Being Watched....!

what was said was said, Reavers arnt Beavers, TDA isnt DTA, the behaviour wasnt all "mature like"...,shit happened...forget about it, bcuz past is past, and everybody has the right for a second chance!

and what i saw yesterday, as the whole server was in alex fighting together, gives me the firm belief that all is good...like it is...

I'll tell you what I feel/think:

This was originally a recruitment thread, and regardless of the past, the present, the future, personal issues/misunderstandings or other, these matters should be dealt with in private. There's an option called 'PM' for it that serves that very purpose.
Objectively, it's a shame and a poor example for the public and newbies in particular that a new clan's first thread is (ab)used for this.

As far as the whole DTA/TDA bla bla matter goes:

In case you might have misinterpreted my first reply, I was not there when DTA was around, I just heard in game that 'DTA was back'. I'm sorry for drawing wrong conclusions. For one, I will approach you as I do any other, for I wasn't there when DTA was to witness it and have an opinion about it.

Be prepared to shoot and be shot at.

The only thing that sucks is when Any Player does not give Another Player a chance
to have some fun.
If everyone would give the other guy a chance once it is clear that they need it ...
the complaints fade away.

Some fighters are simply better than others at winning fights.
The ship choices, ship set ups , and Role Play are up to the players alone.
The use / non-use of B&B is up to the players alone. ( excepting the EFZ )

Just get out there and play the fun space game.
If you die ..  respawn.
