Anubis MKII. Fast and effective.

PvP:
Crow. I'm not very good at flying it at all, but it is so much fun. I love it!

VHF for sure.  Anubis Mk2 - a wise and excellent player told me that if you can master all tactics in this then anything else is a breeze.  It has a good spread of weapon points and whilst not as agile as some can take some punishment before being zapped. In a guns to guns fight its a tough cookie to break with the right setup.  

Been experimenting with the Titan and the Hammerhead.   Get it right with a Titan and the results can be surprising, same with the Hammerhead.
Quite like the Viper but not so hot with the WA1 despite its agility.  

So - Anubis or Viper for PvP and anything else for NPC killing.  Enjoy the Feur Zeug as a trader as well as the Thoth.

Has to be vhf for me in particular the Anubis. Always had one on my main char, screamers and anni's set up is perfect; anni's just keep on firing so just gotta make sure the screamers do their work. Also looks the part, if you're gunna spend hour after hour looking at the thing it m,ight as well look good
Used to have a Claw before it got downgraded, becaus of its shape it was hard to hit and was agile to boot.
OO! Nearly forgot the viper. Nice ship, even if I have trouble with it at times. Good load out, nice handling which can make it a tough little cookie in the right hands.

Carefull , although 2 torpedos are very lethal but it's a double edged weapon only if the opponent used Cruise Disruptor according to the launch timing of your torpedos which will end in a Blow up.

Correct - but don't forget that HF's will always over turn VHFs and it's dependable on the opponent skills.
Thats great views everybody - and i think this poll can be a Reference to the Admin modder teams , now everybody knows what this game mod and server need from new ships categories.

I've had a lot of luck with the Deimos...I love any ship that turns reasonably fast, and strafes well.

I fly a Viper once in awhile too, and it's a great middle of the road ship.  It's pretty fast, has decent hull strength, and I've had luck brawling with it.  I've seen it used a lot as a sniper ship, too.  Overall, it seems like one of the more versatile ones out there.

I also fly a WA1 with a sniper setup.  I don't know...this ship has never worked for me, regardless of what weapons I try.  Funnily enough, it's the fighter I've had the most flight time with.  It's pretty maneuverable, but it's profile makes it more difficult to strafe, and probably easier to hit with a brawler setup.

I've also tried using the Discoverer as a sniper...which didn't really work for me, just because my aim was bad, and that 4 Nomad Lasers didn't do much when I did hit.  If you can nail the other player on every pass, then this ship could be a beast.

Maybe I should try the Anubis Mk. II again...lots of people seem to like it, and I haven't flown it at all for about a year.  No joke.

For me its the Titanium crusher First


The titanium crusher is born out of war    a ship pushed into production in a time the monkeys really needed protection from the nomad masses that walked into unk 2  


the titanuim crusher is a graceful bird that can still deliver killing power with a wing blown off
it makes graceful turns and can turn quicker then most
it is one of the fastest ships in sirius

8 class 10 mounts  a class 10 sheild disruptor make this the most leather ship in sirius

on topic:
i think that anubis mkII getting all the bonus here , its the most preferable ship to most of the players whom participated in that thread , and i think that knowing such an info can be used correctly by modding new ships resemble the anubis mkII - dont you think?

as for pvps , the viper and wa1 prooven very good likeness at most of the players here , also the DEMIOS got its unique Fan club on void , most of them are brawlers. - me , im a viper rider , it shape and firepower is the most things that made me fell inlove with that ship.. also the wa1 is the most reliable and similar to viper although its bad shape made me not to use it -

I do think that the attention shouldn't be drawn to the already popular Anubis, but more to the lesser used ships like the Sabre and the Deimos. Especially the Deimos (and many many other like the Scorpion, the Cobra, the Waran, X-304, etc etc.) are extraordinary mod ships which can use a little attention. Although they are not all equally well balanced, they all deserve a try I think. I am confident that when a lot of players would give ships like the Sabre and Deimos a real try, they would find that they are wonderful ships for pvp.

As an example: As you can see by my post, I fly a Sabre and a Deimos. In both ships, depending on the setup of the opponents - I can take out 3 or 4 of my enemies before they get to me. Not because I am such a great fighter, I am not. It's just because of the great battle qualities of said ships. As I said, they are both heavily underestimated.

Give em a try some time.
