Usually I get 52 ping, yesterday 62

Pvp in sparta normal ping 38 to 40 yesterday 75 - 78

Killing nomads together with 4 BH ships in Nomad 2.
Ping 60-65,same as before.

My ping actually went down from 144 to 136, eastern US.  :D

13:30 GMT  killing npcs with a ping of 57 - a healthy improvement i might add

my ping is 45

i want to thank all of you for the info i am sure it will help strail get an ideal about server load so he can tweek it for the next release. anyone else can post there ping still. good info is what it takes to make thing very smooth. keep up the god work guys.  :)

Sorry but ping is not likely to be affected by the new mod, after all the connection is the same (although there has been problems with this that has been addressed else where), what will be affected is the server load, which the admins are monitoring. Ping is the time in milli-seconds that it takes a packet of data to travel from your machine to the server and back, and will be variable depending on network conditions.

What will e affected is server load, and network load, i.e. how much work is being done by the server, and how much extra data is being passed from server to client and back. Just thought I'd resolve that for you all.

my usual ping is 60-68...but jesterday couldn't connect cos instead ping number it said "????"...any1help me or have an idea wtf means "????".... ?  :-?  :(

??? for ping means that although you can see the  server, packets are not being accepted or returned by it. Usual cause is the server going off line or having been kicked or banned, or connection problems. I wouldn't worry too much about it at the moments, as the new mod has just been released and there will be problems that need to be resolved. If the ping problem persists then contact a member of staff.

It's been like that for a while, for me the question marks just turn into numbers if you wait for a little while.

Ping is normally mid eighties, increased to mid nineties. Didn't have any lag problems on my side though. This was in a Liberty Dreadnought.

normally my ping is 40-60

but in the new mod it is averaging around 60-80

well the problem strail told us about earlier must have been a big part of it my ping is back down to normal now. i also did not have any lag or even have to wait to log on it workd just like it use to for me, so that is good.

Shock usually 47 now 170-180 lol that totally bad
