The Gods of the YMER Clan are informed about this and they will follow the server rules at all times.
PS: Since the beginning of our time, the YMER clan had only 1 member banned (on 31 Dec 2005). Since then our hiring process is improved and no single member was banned from any server we played on. It may be tough to become an YMER clan member but this may proof that only the best (not only in PvP) will become a full member of the YMER clan.
Play well, play fair, HAVE FUN and keep in mind that Freelancer is still ... a great game! :)

thanks greve there were some misunderstandings yes and we have investigated the causes of the flac issues and now have answers to the problems we may face any how we will push on thru beyond this and next time we will know how to deal with the situation more effectively if not worth for anything thanks for the good laugh on teamspeak m8 needed it

Glad to hear it ,especially since quite often and open swearing in sys chat really suprised me, with many players around taking no notice, it tends me to think that this policy has changed over the years.

after the BANNED period u must erase it

There is a section, its called "Player Bans", if a guard bans a player he posts it there, stating the reason and duration of the ban.

guy online just a few minutes ago from this post guy sythe attacks my trader and he has no tag to do so as in looting my trader is this bannable?

You should PM an admin mate, not address your issues and name names in public. And no, it's not a bannable offence, unless you were under the rank of 20. This is a shooter server remember
