lol chill out people, the idea is a promote team to promote the game around abit, and perhaps on other servers asking but i personaly think personal phone numbers isnt something u need to stay contacted. msn, xfire, whatever will be fine enought

but i dont think this promote team is a thing u go on the streets promoting freelancer, right? Cause thats more a thing for amazone, or microsoft to do. They would atleast get paid for it

think this thing GOOD through, and control it: dont make this thing a "Too" big, keep it a "team" not a army

The question raised earlier in this thread still has not been answered, how exactly do you intend to promote this server..??

I hope its not by going to other servers and trying to poach their player base! Imagine the outrage here if another server had a promotion team and they came here with that intention!

And...as a mother and an avid reader of the news, the internet can be a dangerous place. Quit asking for personal details, no matter how well your intentions may be!!

Nomads idea is good, just tell ya friends to try fl. The idea of a promote team is good too.  When you find the right way to promote the void or to make it attractive for other players. e.g. post in forums etc. Im in Saman´s opinion (and thats not often in the last days  :D ) It could really work good, but i could turn into the negative too. @Dark M8 i dont think you got the competence for leading that kind of team. Thats not meant as insult. But you must see that theres a danger that the picture of void can be getting worser instead of getting better. Just my 2 cents....

I have to agree with nomad and basically everyone else on this one. Don't give out any of your personal details over the internet. As soon as it's out there it's not coming back, and who knows who it may end up going to. And, at the end of the day, we have no idea who the people are on the other end of usernames, no matter how much we talk to each other on the forums or in-game.

there are ofcourse other ways to get people personal information but that comes with certain security clearances

personally i think this thread needs taking off and the thought that your asking for peeps numbers is so wrong..........here is a sceanario lets take edams number......ok i got your number.........lets get friendly........decided to have a few beers in a pub then i get all stabby with knifes......more fool you as nice a guy as i am you dont know if i am a murderer or anything like that.



next sceanario - i dont like ya but play the nice game then i put your number in the toilets at a dodgy truck stops toilets, then your gonna get hairy truckers calling ya.


COMMON SENSE i think is needed here and now instead of promoting this server it actually makes us look like were a bunch of grooming dicks
