These men and women, were all top of their class that graduated from the Naval Academy of New London. They respected, Admired, and in the sense, properly feared their Admiral. They had served with him through some of the most close one - situations imaginable on countless missions.
- Carry on. -said Admiral Parsons who was seemingly pleased of the resolve of his Staff taking him seriously even he himself was still present with his messy, uncombed hair, unbuttoned coat and his boot laces open, this sight would have amused and made a less disciplined crewman burst to laugh, even at the expense of punishment.
- Today's orders: -continued Parsons, - We will enbark on a routine mission to the vicinity of the Omega 5 - Jump hole to monitor traffic from the system, especially from Cadiz base where -our scouts report, the Corsairs have lately received a major supply of Cardamine to be distributed to Bretonia and possibly through us, to Liberty. As such, we cannot let this happen, as we all are very much aware of the Cardamine effects already affecting our populace here in Bretonia. This drug, keeps killing our population more than the past military conflicts.
the Royal Bretonian Navy had been doing Watch rotations in this area for years, and it was a task almost every ship in the Navy had gone through at least once. The period of the watch was 2,5 months at a time, and it had became extremely dull / quiet of late... a good thing, or was it something worth checking out for?..
