give him a chance,hes one of the best pilots on the Void as well,evryone have a bad day that says something that shouldnt be sayd or do something that shouldnt be done,but in case of Nexis i guess a permanet bann is to much [my opinium],like for example,someone that should remain banned permanetly is Tore,and Nexis is not on the same level as Tore,just an example lads.

Well, for what I understand, in the recent server restart (after Strail shut it down for some time), it was decided that it would start on a clean sheet. All bans would be lifted, and the past would be erased. That´s why Tore, for example, is back.
And since the restart, he hasn´t really made anything wrong, hence he´s not banned (tho I agree with you about him, but I also think that beggining from zero was necessary, after all that happened).

As for the matter in hand, I also voted undecided/don´t care, because
a) as with most players, I can hear the stories countless times from everyone involved, but I´ll never know exactly what happened, and
b) it´s really not my place anyway.

Having said so, this sort of polls might be faced as a way to apply pressure on the admins, and could probably hurt your cause more than help it.
My sincere advice to you is try to sort this out in private with the admins, and everyone involved in the incidents.

I sit reading what ppl have said in the post for this topic/poll.I see many ppl confused over why I did this.So I will explain myself.For 1 thing I did not do this for a popularity contest.I did this out of my own cureosity.How is that possible 1 may ask?Well I have been trying to deal with this issue out of forums.It is not an easy task to due such.I have made public appologizes to those who I hurt during time of my ban.I have tried to keep contact with the Admin team member(s) who decided to ban me.

Another thing for all your curiosity.I do not go into details about how I was banned for a reason.I do not wish to Have every 1 on Void look at [Guide]Shee and/or me in a disrespectful way for any of the things me or her may have said during a very heated verbal battle.I do not wish to remind her of a bad memory which I did apologize for.

My main reson for this whole thing is simple.I miss being on void.I miss being on void so much I am even willing to restart my char from the beginning (that means no $) I was just wondering on the side if I should keep the name Nexis or change it if givin a new chance with life on Void.

To his defense, he has in-fact written me several times privately so he has gone thru the right channels. To my regret, i have ethier been too busy at work, or got distracted from dealing with this issue.
