Nightstalker i have a question for you, hopefully you do your sigs in photoshop; when changing the style for text, i.e bevel & emboss, drop shadow etc, i notiiced a pattern ovelay. Is it possible to create and use you own pattern and use it over the text?

For example, the flashing/fading effect i have with the 'Fear.........Assassins' on my sig, i wish to overlay that with the same pattern as the background, so it looks like 'Phate' (the text 'Phate' was already there btw). Any ideas?

Yes it is possible. Besides man it's hard enough to see the fear assassins in that sig, it would be even harder if you did what your talking about. In my honest opinion your sig is awesome and you shouldn't change a thing except make it so you can see your text just a little better (fear assassins that is). Maybe bring your opacity up a little or even set your duration time for the solid image to like 1 second so that it's visible longer. There is a link to a photoshop tutorials site I can give ya and I'll post it for everybody to use if they want (yes I use photoshop cs2). Here is the link.

i forgot to save the psd so i'd have to start again, DOH. ill get round to what you suggested at one point. Thanks for the suggestion anyway

in your link in your profile for the image, take out ".th"

so it should be something like image.jpg instead of image.th.jpg

the .th is the thumbnail

How long have you been using Photoshop (CS/CS2) Nightstalker? You are very talented, I admire your work a lot.

Ive only been using CS2 for about a month or so, my sig was done in CS.

Been using for about 6 months total. Didn't take me that long to get good with it but then again I learn things very fast.

I think I might start practicing doing similar sigs to that of EXXITs, that kind of style. Ive never really tried it before, it will be a new challenge.
