Maybe you should read all the posts on this thread before you reply m8. Then you would have read that some clans need some minor adjustments in order to see a living chance in the current Void make up. You also would have read that we have discussed this thoroughly, taking in account the tips and advices of ex-clan leaders and experienced players. This is one of the efforts to revitalize the Void once more. I would appreciate it if you could show some support - in any way - or keep your comments to yourself, because you are not helping.

And I would appreciate it if you could not make fun of me on this thread. There's nothing funny about me being leader (by the way who said I was?), I'm just trying to make something work here.

If you have any useful tips please share them. We could do with the experience of real veterans like yourself.

Had a spare hour and whipped up a first Saint sig. It's still being improved in a bit, after the other stuff has been done.

Rly nice!  =D>....Wish ya good luck whit bringing Saint clan back to life....but its gonna be hard...that's for sure,cos here are not so many players as they were 2-3 years ago when void had 80-100 players on...so donno where ul find all those new members....cos saints are not noob clan they are all very skilled and its gonna be rly hard to find players like those.Good luck anyway

Saints dont need a back story m8, they never went in for the fluffy RP and if i recall correctly hardly posted anything on the forums - everything was said by there actions in game.

The concept was simple, recruit 5 good players, work on them, keep telling them there good and then shove them into the brawl and make them prove it to everyone else.
They get better and the better they get the more people wanna kill them, and the more people it attracts to want to join.

Thats when you start being selective with the recruiting making the myth of ELITE really come to life, everyone wants in, the members stay fierce and loyal because they dont wanna get thrown out, the members fight so much they really do become awesome.

Once you start it has a snowball effect and almost runs itself.

Saint is PVP, nothing else, nice clean and simple, and that above is how works.

Some might say its very manipulative

I think that philosophy is brilliant in its simplicity. I'm curious if it would still work, but we're gonna give it a shot anyway. I will however make an introduction post to draw some attention. No RP, just straight up.

I can take the criticism m8. I knew when I accepted this that not everyone would be looking at it as positively. I am not out to ruin the reputation of the clan - I will do my best to live up to it.
If we would just start populating the existing clans, there would only be a few really big clans left here in a little while. And we don't want right? I personally think that the Void looks more colorful with a few more (maybe smaller) clans.

I know I'm not the very best PvP'er myself here, but my skills are decent. I will do what I can to get them up as high as possible. If you would ever feel like it, I would really appreciate it if you could give me some training some time.

Well the at least sig is good,Mav,almost as good as the sigs Saint members used to have with the likes of Jung Chang and Namonaki. =D>

I understand what you're saying here m8. And no, I am not the best PvP-er on Void, so maybe I would not have fit in the old Saint clan. But this time round I have been asked to do this. I accepted because I could never turn such a great offer down, and because I think it's cool there is a possibility for an old clan to come back, so to speak.
I also agree with you that the way it's gonna be now, is not exactly the same as it used to be. Because it's just not possible to do. The player base is too low to only ask the absolute elite in PvP to join. I hope you understand that. I will however do my utmost to keep the skill level of the members as high as possible. I can only teach them so much, or maybe even nothing at all, but I am sure we can get some members who belong to the present top of PvP-ers.

The person who asked me wants to see the Saint tag live another day, and add something to the fun on Void in the process. In order to succeed in doing that, or even in giving the clan a living chance, some things need adjustment. You just can't maintain the old policy on the Void of today. So yes, some things might be different. And in your eyes that could very well deny the very right to revive the clan. But there are others who do want the Saint tag to be revived.

Making changes does not mean that the fun or the sense of belonging to something special will be different. Even though it can't be exactly the same as it used to be, I will do my best to come as close as possible.

As you might have noticed I posted the return post - Saint is back.

I want to thank everyone for their input.
This can never be done by just me. So I need some support from you. If you would like to see the Saints back, you can help out in several ways: don't spam us to death (no offense), don't gang us to death, etc. etc.
In general: Just give us a chance.
The biggest honor you could show would be to join the Saints. You would have my everlasting gratitude, for what it's worth.

I am glad to report that a player who has retired from the Void, has temporarily come back, especially to help out the Saints, giving them a head start for one or two weeks. Many thanks m8.

Just had my first round in the shiny new Saint suit, and I tell you it was a hellufa lot of fun! I noticed I'm a bit rusty though lol, but that better with everytime I died hehe.

As I have been adressed earlier- it doesnot matter if I would approve that new generation of Saints or not. I have left.
Times changed, and so can Saints-too. Just never violate that one rule, which was always at the Saints core- whatever you do, do it with passion.

my Sig is also an oldschool saint Sig as u can tell by quality but ppl are missing the point of why there were saints [Saints] they were made for no reason only to prove they were the best and anyone who thought just one bit that they were better would be destroyed hounor came with courage and courage comes with Victory any old saint knows this and mav i have full faith in u on completing the task ahead maybe when i finally can find the game in stores once more i will join the fight forthe acred Holy Saints Rock until then good luck mate there definatly alot of potential people might beleive it isnt true but if u give out the word that Saints is back and will actually be fully operational oldschool members will come back if you have a passion they will have a passion with u and all will be sucessfull GL saints...
