u haven't even read my post greaver, it says that I won't be ldr cause I don't have exp with that...

anyway, what do u think that all ppls here are arguing? idea could make it, why not if someone want's to be in some new clan, and besides, why are u all against me in this topic? Just because I haven't been on this server from it's beginning doesn't mean that I dunno anything.

right now there are 12 ppls online...

If i want to put something on forums, I can, or else u can put players off that and forbid us, or just me to do  that .

If u disagree, I really ''don't care'', besides, this topic has option to vote, and u all see results, so I am not commanding to nobody to do anything... and again, I said that I don't want to be leader!

You know Strail this server had a very dedicated player / veteran who would spend COUNTLESS SELFLESS hours sitting outside Manhattan and the Alex Gates welcoming new players.  His name was THE_WELCOME_WAGON.  He is now banned.  I don't claim to know everything but I do know one thing for certain, he definitely HELP and WELCOMED more players than he RAN off.  He may have made some poor decisions but I think that has more to do with age and maturity, he is young.  Everyone knows TWW was a welcoming icon inside Void.  If I am incorrect, please someone PM and tell me why.

Also, players would complain that TWW would be giving away spoilers and such and ruining the gameplay, but he really didn't so much.  He helped players a lot and did a very good job at it.

We also had a [FAQ] clan back in the day.  Whatever happened to them?

lol? No one said that you havent been on the server long enough (Except Amrod) Why be so defensive about it? All there saying is everyone has a right to there opinion. And the way your bringing your posts over make me personally believe you think YOU are completely right. Other people have there opinions and they think there wrong. Thats why there against you.

I agree with what your saying in respect to everyone wanting to have power on their hands by starting new clans. When a lot of people reach a fairly competent standard of play, they tend to break away from their clans to try to form their own.

The problem is that fewer and fewer players want to join the older clans on the server. Leaders of those clans try their hardest to get some new recruits but everyones far more interested in the fresh fish on the market. It is evident that some players prefer to join the more reputable ones, especially players who have been here longer but most new players who have struggled from the beginning will usually form their own clan as opposed to training to a better standard to join the older ones.

Personally, I prefer smaller clans as they are easier to manage and as we have proven in the past, very effective as well. It's not necessarily about power in numbers any more, a well orchestrated strike force in smaller numbers can sometimes be more effective than the mass overwhelming of large clans. DTA had proven this considering they were able to maintain a high level of efficiency despite being severely outnumbered in many situations.

In the end of the day you can't force anyone to join any clan, in my eyes joining clans isn't half about skill or even activity, it's about friendship and you can't tear away groups of friends in aid of balancing out the server.

To spare us Bull Dog's from more than half of the issues related to clan problems, since the reform we have always been invite only. This is the best way I think as it shows that not just anyone can jump on the bandwagon. For someone to join us in our devious ways, they must either be invited or have proven themselves worthy for us to want them in the clan.

TWW did do a good job in this role, despite occasional spoilers, and was/is a freind of mine, but in his other guisess he could frequantly be a PITA, and despite repeated bannings never learned his lesson, so unfortunatly he got what he strove for and deserved within days of his ban being lifted.

He only has himself to blame for his absence from the server.

I don't think Pi had a copyright on the Welcome Wagon idea. Anyone can form it up if they want to.

However I do agree the FAQ thing might have faded out and it'd be nice to see that back.

And at the end of this discussion I say that ppls don't want to change a bit, every1 like the situation as it is atm, I just hope that Strail words that Strail said are true...(that ppls will come back to Void ).
