The year is 2112, and many people have migrated throughout Sirius to new found systems and planets that were discovered a year or so back. Many new groups have formed and prospered, and many have left or been forced into exile.
The Outcasts have remained to themselves as they would usually do, but they have recently been keeping to a handful of systems to stop themselves from being caught up in naval affairs, along with nomads too.
However, now that the arguements and wars have ended breifly, the Outcasts have seized there chance to move outwards, away from the Omicron systems and towards more people. More customers. More Money. MORE Cardamine.
