If you know someoens IP you can see where he lives

usually the IP is acctualy where the ISP server is located... well it is for my ISP. Apparently i live in manchester area, i dont lol, i live in the south
I found it yesterday and thought, hmm that looks cool and added to my sig, i have seen them around before, but took no notice.
