Freelancer - The Void

Cant believe I've done this, but I am stuck on Planet Logan in Tohoku without a scanner.   I was sure I had mounted one but when I went to take off it says I havent got one.   There isnt one available to buy now either.lol.

Does this mean that my char is doomed to spend the rest of his life stuck on Logan or is there some way to either beam him off or get me a scanner.

Any help is appreciated guys.

lol this is bad but my friend wass suicided in radiation and lost all weps shield truster lol

Does it really matter?

The only really way to solve this is.
If you lost a scanner or tracter beam on a planet that doesn't sell them. The only way to fix it is buy a new ship because you'll get a scanner + tracter beam with them. Or you can contact an ADMIN with the character name that the equipment was lost on, so the ADMIN can look up the character and fix the problem.

The only way to undock was to buy a new ship with a scanner, but it had to be different to the one I had.  If I bought the same ship I got kicked. Weird eh?

if you dont say which char has the problem how can an admin help you

tbh mate i think that comment is a bit rude cos kahless would have helped if you said what  char was having issues.

maybe he is a little grumpy as once again there is a post saying my char is broken but not which out of the 150,000 ( or however many it is) is the one that is actually having issues
