system cat problems

I'm havin problems with my systems chat. I can read private chats and group chats, but I can't seem to be able to read the system chat. I'm not tryin to be rude. I also think that when I can't see the system chat that yall (you all) can't read mine in the system chat. So, Please pravite chat me. I tried sevral time to get someone to type in the system chat for me that I can't read the system chat ,but I think yall think I'm jokin cause no one would help me. I'm not. So, One more time I'm not trin to be rude, and if someone could help me with this problem that would be nice. Untill then please private me.
