Freelancer - The Void

Now i dunno if im the only person but the movie when i load my webpage up is starting to get a little annoying.

Everytime i come onto the page its there blaring out the music. This means that i have to stop it everytime i load or refresh the home page.

Dont get me wrong, But i love the intro and it looks cool. But is there any way you can make the user activate it instead of the auto activation?

Ohh and the mod description needs to be centered xD

Yes m8 thats why i dont read the forums much anymore to be honest, it plays twice while loading the front page
then you hit back and the bugger starts again, not good but then its not upto me how to run this site.

Greaver i see the console kick you out all the time for cheat  :(  i think you have some corrupt file, try to reinstall the game and make sure the correct mod and install it in the same folder of the game

Yeah it does work fine, Just it ALWAYS starts. Theres really no choice if you wanted to start it or not. And i have the same thing as razor. When i first load the page it starts. Then it finishes loading the page and then restarts xD

And yes i know osiris, I have laready PM'ed an admin to sort this. And believe me, I have already clean installed a few times to see if it was client side and its not.

Aye that intro does get annoying after a while. if u are using Firefox with noscript addon, u can prevent it by not allowing darkgamers.nl to run scripts on the void site. If this doesn't show on the menu for noscript options, select forbid void site from running scripts then it will show on the menu and just allow void to run scripts and the darkgamers.nl will be blocked preventing that intro from running.

If u are using Internet explorer u are on your own, start using Firefox.

The intro is annoying me as well, especially as it plays twice, it could be stopped I believe with a simple command

Currently there is likely to be autostart=true command in there, autostart=false could solve it, only problem is without any button to start playing it, you'd need to right-click and select play to start it.

yep it is anoying...

its very, very, very anoying  >:P ....

put that video file in download section or somewhere and on main page put link to that video, so the ones that didn't see video can see it that way.

I don't visit forum much too coz of that video ... :-w  :P

just bookmark the forum index page, and open that instead of going to the homepage...

that way you only see the intro when you want to check the homepage,
not everytime you want to read the forum
