Freelancer - The Void

Hey guys i want to said that i lost 9 characters from 11 in void and i see nobody help me, my chars still are in Players by rank and i have screens. I lost them prolly cuz i cannot refresh them last month because server offline or mod bugs. And even if is my fauld cuz i forgot to refresh every month, i thought we are a comunity of friends... but to delete 9 full charaters? U know how big work is that? Even if im playing rarelly i dont want to lose my work. I wont give up sorry. And im asking [Dacia] clan help cuz i had 2 [Dacia] characters too and we all are romanians. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you lost 9 of 11 that is a lot...! Because of server problems related to the new mod there was a "roll back" and lots of people lost characters.  I lost two. Some lost more.   Chat to your mates and see if they will give you a hand getting back to "normal".  Sadly this kind of thing happens when new mods are installed.  We are not in a position to be able to fully restore your lost characters to you.  Good luck getting back to your previous level. PM me if you need any further help and we will see what we can do... Other than that - you will have the joy of all that hard work - all over again..!

So I never have to deal with this problem... what do you mean by 'Refreshing' the mod every month or so?

He refers to the fact that if a character is not used once every 45 days the server auto delets it

idk what bug u speaking about guys, but i can quess ok. Oh Madderz that is PWNtanstic, sorry... anyway  i said i play rarelly and i cant rebuild chars, i have done a hard work years ago so i can enjoy when i have time....

First of all, I'd like express sincere condolences for your loss, and while that really sucks, might I add that a fresh start can be very rewarding as well, however small your allotment of time may be to play (perhaps a more experienced player won't need too much time to get to an 'enjoyable' level?)
Anyways, I logged hundreds of hours into my single player game, as did several of my RL friends and I'm SURE tons of people here (i.e. exploration etc...) after completing the fun albeit short storyline.
None of us can transfer that play-time here, but yeah your situation sucks too I'm sure!
