Freelancer - The Void

So, i got asked to come to Omicron Alpha not so long ago.... i went there and what do i see 10 Dacia pounding into 1 player!

So answer this, is this fun for all players who was there at the scene?
What did he do to deserve such horrid play?
Will there be anything done about this?

This has happened on alot of occasions, i have seen this happen to many good mates of mine, and i think its sick! its not roleplaying as some will say, its just pure unskillful playing.
Even when one of my mates asked for a 1vs1 he still kept getting bashed in, no wonder you see less people playing [R] and [X]. What do you expect when u see uber gangbanging like this happening!

I also encountered while i was there, a player who had the most rediculous jumps ever, this was no normal lag jumps, this was 1-2k apart jumps, did this player reconnect so he makes it fair play?? NO he did not, now do you think this is fair??

I dont want no BS flames this is a post on what i have just seen and some others have probly seen in the past few weeks or so, so im asking can something be done about this, meaning having VOIDS/ADMINS on most of the time to see this poor gameplay which is possibly driving players away from their favourite roleplay. Ping kicker, or something that will get rid of these players who think its ok to lag jump over 1000k away and so on.

Wearing an [X] or [R] tag next to your nickname  (a.k.a being the scum of the univers *RP) will get you in situations like this, although 10 vs 1 seems a little bit imbalance in my oppinion  :D
Why didn't this player try to make a run for it, instead of asking for a pvp?
However, this takes me back to one rule of the server wich states that "Any player, by there actions; forcing a fellow player to leave the server because of multiple killing, abuse, or harassment will be banned."(i hope this was not the case)
To conclude: if you're wearing a "criminal" tag you'll have to learn to "Scream through the Pain" (i guess Greaver forgot to mention this lol)

LOL yea, and what happened you lot banned them for it ROFL, what so as its a "navy" clan its ok to rape everyone ??

Take examples from another server FFS,
because someone has a [R] or [X] tag it says "come rape me all you want" ?? Well does it??? NO it bloody doesnt!!!

Everyone has a right to play without getting raped like this!!

But ok let this go by like most things this server does!!
All i was asking for, was the so called Admins/server guards to do a job, a simple job and that is to come on the server and watch what is happening!!!

But ok i'll take it as a NO, well lets see what happens after a few more weeks/months.
What happened to the fair play and what it says on the bloody rules "Make sure its fun for everyone"

Oh Burn, how about you make a pirate character, see how fun you think it is to be raped by 10 people (including a lagger who you could hardly see half the time)

If you see a target that has more then 3 people on him, then why bother shooting at him, unless he shoots at you!

i dont know what hapened after i leave,however what in hell is doing 1 player in the same place as 10 enemies?looking for trouble can only be!

i mean,if u in a system and u see 10 enemys after your tail then change char to another location? f1 and select another char?

After you left, thats when i came up, and well this guy wasnt looking for trouble, well i hope he was ;P But seriously mate, couldnt these 10 Dacia could have sat back no need for 10 on 1 now is there? Atleast 3 maybe 4 on him, the others sit back? C'mon wheres the respect for fellow players?

i agree Blazin,10 vs 1 is really a no-no,but yet lets face it that 1 player could also just moved along.

and Dacia could also  just keep it fair.

Sometimes people aren't given the chance to run, also it's hard for some to run away from 5+ cruise disruptors. I've seen similar actions happen with no RP tags involved. I've seen many things that I don't really agree with. I simply just don't do the things I don't agree with. Opionions, like actions, vary from person to person. For me it boils down to courtesy. If asking to stop, attempting to run, or even changing charecters doesn't end the problem, I go find something else to do. That's what I do anyway.

c'mon i understand your sentiments, im not 1 of those im sure.....but
my friend..........anybody  can ask for stop or halt
pls dont take it so personal,admins do their jobs well, as long as nobody cheats
i hope u can widen your perspective and understanding

wouldn't it be easyer to pay the tax or rent some one who can give u an escort to where you are going...

u can allways go in a different route, and not going through " HOT " zones such as sparta and dunno, alex...

Not everyone, just the bad guys ([R], [X] etc etc)
Regarding the 10 vs 1 gangbang, i do agree with you on this one...it shows poor sportsmanship bashing a player in this way (even if it's a "criminal" who gets pound) , although leaving the scene or switching chars would have solved the problem.
The same goes for the lag jumps (but only if it was made deliberately) in that case it's just lame.
