I'm not surprised at all that my post got deleted UPDATED

Nephalim, you cannot continue hiding behind your powers to delete other people's posts, m8. You need to understand that you hold the position of a staff member, not for your own benefit, but for the benefit of the Freelancer community. I am posting a transcript of my topic that was recently deleted, because I think that the community might be interested in what I have to say.

The server need's to hear my story: I was banned tonight by a staff member called Nephalim with the LAMEST EXPLANATION and WITHOUT EVIDENCE (link's here: http://www.voidserver.com/modules.php?n ... 233#171233). The guy actually told me that I was being banned because I killed people, people who attacked me first, and for your information m8, this ain't no preschool kindergarten, YOU KILL PEOPLE ON THIS SERVER DON'T YA?!
In doing so I didn't break one single rule, but nevertheless I got a system chat message telling me to see him in 7. Well easy there cowboy, don't you want to hear my side of the story?! It didn't even came to your mind to green me and ask an explanation, no you had to do it your way, not by the book, but because of the sheer fact that you had the "power" to do so.
Oh, and the evidence?
What evidence? There is NO evidence because no rule was broken. Banning me for engaging in a group pvp with players who attacked me first, and who could have left the place of pvp at any time? I didn't chase anyone, I was in the 4k radius of planet Demosthenes ALL THE TIME.
Admins and other staff members, please don't misinterpret this post, it is aimed DIRECTLY at Nephalim and his sheriff-like behavior on this server. Also, I'm asking you to unban me and to take under serious consideration Nephalim's position on this server. The question is: Are you going to be objective? I am aware that he is a member of the staff for quite some time, but please listen to your conscience, at least for once.

P.S. The other player that was banned [T]N[T] was flying a drake, and posed no threat to any other players. He was shooting my lvl9 brigadine shield for 30 full seconds while I was typing in game, and my shield didn't even fall to 2/3 of it's full capacity. He was also banned by an unprofessional, unobjective and biased staff member - Nephalim.

I respect and thank the admins and everyone that made it possible to play freelancer on this server, but you can be sure that there will be no apologies from my side to Nephalim. I have had a pm conversation with him, but nothing was resolved because the man's ego is bigger than the room I'm writing you from. So you're saying that if someone got wrongfully accused and sentenced that he should respect that decision? Nah, m8 I ain't no spineless amoeba to just drop it.
In my perception, a lot of things in this forum are forced the me "dealt over PM" which is just another term for "sweeping it under the mat". This explains why when you see a post like this one you immediately label it as "flame" and yell out lout to lock it/bin it/burn it.

You see, THIS is the exact mentality that has been going out on the forums recently. Sweep it under the mat so no one sees it and starts having "deviant" thoughts. And why does this post make me stupid? The only thi,ng I can be judged upon are my arguments and they are sound. Once again, I was never afraid to raise a voice either in the virtual as in the real life, because I could not stand the injustice made either to my family, my mates, or myself.

Your argument have been noted down. I also have a friendly advice of my own to you my friend: I presume that everyone on this forum are intellectuals, so that's what I'm going to do in your case as well my friend. You should see a distinctive pattern is the last couple of posts. There is a element of "keeping it down and quiet" in almost all replies I've got so far. Well don't you think that maybe there is something wrong with the community? I know that all whistle blowers get attacked and intimidated in the short-run, but it does get paid off in the long-run.

Well nuke, the least I could say is that I'm a little disappointed in you. You say that "you know I lie" well m8, knowledge is a tricky subject. A famous Greek philosopher argued that you can never have true knowledge about a subject. The only thing you could have would be good opinions, at best. Now you're telling me that you DO know what happened although you weren't even on the server at the time of the accident. Ignoratio Elenchi at its finest. (This is a fallacy, if you want to google it. This is not a latin swear word, believe me.)

I respect and thank the admins and everyone that made it possible to play freelancer on this server, but you can be sure that there will be no apologies from my side to Nephalim.
