Freelancer - The Void

well it all began jesterday when red lag kicled me out,then i couldnt connect anymore....and today im trying to connect but it shows me that theres 0 players online atm and that ping is "????"....  so dunno wtf is going on.. ?  :-??  :-w  :-?  any1 have a sugestion how to connect???

Well actually I can see 16 people online and a ping of 26 (which is a bit higher then normal). Dunno, must be something local? ?

hmm normaly if you get kicked for lag, than you must wait 10 min. (may less, but i remember 10) before you can connect again.

that with the missing players and ping i know too. Normaly it disapears after some seconds.

The onley time it not deisapeard was when i had a problem with a router. Still with this router i can't play. But if you could connect before and didn't change nothing on the router or your firewall i don't know.... May restart or reset your router and check your firewall could be a sollution.

Yup its true same thing happened to me ages ago,

Battor your probly banned for some reason then, maybe PM admin to see whats happenin.

Nothing I know of Battor - and Im the one with the giant ban stick....! hehe  - PM the Admins mate - all seems ok this end though there has been a great deal of lag flashing up now and again - could be local, could be certain players at the "lag manipulation" game - who knows.....

i have same problem...shows ping ???? and 0 players online  :-?

hehe nah not banned,never was  and never will (i hope) xD  i just restarted my connection  :P  :D  :D  :D  everything is good now

I use direct connect MUCH easier Have never had to worry about connection problems or sever not there O.O

LOL a ping kick wont stop what your talking about. Ping kick will just kick those over a certain ping, it doesnt look at dropped packets.

If you pvp these people you deserver everything you get and dont start blaming the server.

By pvp them you encounrage them, if nobody pvp them, they wouldnt do it....Its your responsibility.

Point taken boss - No more combat for the mud skippers and kangaroo impersonators then ....hehe -  One small point and it has happened to me - IF you notice that YOU are the one causing the lag PLEASE do us all a favour and LOG OFF check whats going on and then re join the server once its fixed.  Too often (and I wont name names) I get  - "I know I'm lagging,  but Im not doing anything   - just taking a look" - C'mon guys, you know better than that.

well most lag i receive when a player BS is near to me or an admin or void ...mostly when use console mesages
I have allmost allways 45 ping ..when a BS/Admin or Void near to me jump to 67

67 should not affect you badly - I operate well enough between 65 and 90 - anything higher and things start to go down hill.
