From: Jaba the Hutt
Location: Rochester
To: Void Ruling Authorities
Location: Planet Manhattan
Subject: Destroyer
To the Ruling Authorities of Void Galaxy
This is my precautionous demand.
I would have the greatest interest in buying a Destroyer ship.
Could You please tell me the procedure - and of course, the price?
Hoping to concretize good business in your small galaxy,

Sadly the capital ships (including Destroyers) still need some fixing and i believe that they are currently not available for purchase
You could contact a [VOID] or Admin in-game for further guidance and maybe the chance to get teleported on a Planet Port from where capital ships usually were available
Price is something around 10 millions might be changed in the future

Note that the commodity prices in the ports (where you have to buy the Cap ship) are not yet balanced. If you get lucky and get a Cap ship, please don't use them to get your level up really fast. Also, the Cruiser and the Gunboat are the only ones available for purchase at the moment. But even they are not completely bug-free. Examples: you cannot mount shields, thrusters, and armors on them yet. Also, there is a bug that causes the ships to spin out of control when another player bumps into them.
Finally, most [VOID]s will not beam you to the ports, because of the above. My advice is to sit tight and wait till Strail has finished unbugging them all.

Mh, I see. I have greatest confidence in human engineering: I'll wait then.
Could someone tell me what's the available ship that has the strongest hull for now in your galaxy? Whatever it is: freighter, fighter or anything else. I need a strong ship to protect my weapon stock.
Thank you for your advise, poor humans.

There are several combinations of sheild / Enhancers / ship hull strengths available to you. Trader capacity wise? The Armoured Transporter is your biggest hauler of frieght - but - it has no sheild and relies on the brute strength of its hull. Under sustained attack this can be like paper. You would do worse than to have a Feure Zeuge - which is a variant of the Humpback - better weapons and a larger cargo hold (but not as big as an AT's) .
I wont go into fighters here cos it would take forever: hint - Scan players and see what they are carrying - particularly the more experienced. My shipyards at BMM facilities are available for touring so you can see the latest developments being undertaken by a variety of organisations and "customers". Whatever you do, you must get hold of Nomad Armour for your vessels, otherwise they will be like so many paper planes in a firestorm.
Take a good look around yourself and you may find, particularly on certain Zoner planets, some interesting developments in the area of Extended Cargo Capacity....
End of Message.

To the Not-Human Zebulon
my greatest thankfullness.
I'm not so interested in extended cargo capacity, since I'm not interested in trading other things than weapons and ship equipment. But I will follow your advice and buy some nomad armours for me and my first clients. By the way: is there any limit to the number of unmounted weapons on a char? (On other smaller servers it was around 100 weapons.)
Now back to Business:
If anyone is searching for very special weapons (class 6 to 10) and wanting to get it directly in NY system - and ready to pay the price for it - you may just post in this topic or send me a PM with all the information you have on the searched weapon. You will get a quick answer from me.

100 items in total - otherwise your files will become corrupt - not a good thing

Thx, Zebulon, for this sad confirmation. Hope we'll do some business together one day, poor human.

[s]Actually Kahless recently told me that the corruption risk when carrying 100 items is - if I recall correctly - as high as 95%, where as at 75 items the risk is around 50%. Please correct me if I'm wrong Kahless. I also got 4 armories, and I always try to keep it well below 90 items, just to be safe. Unfortunately this doesn't always work as I have around 98 on one. I never had a corruption though, but consider yourself notified.[/s]
EDIT: See my last post.
