its been a while since i played freelancer . It was the first game i got for pc cost me £2 in a junk shop. i can still remember the first time i played it donning my headphones at about 11 at night . At about 3 in the morning i remember saying to myself just turn it off man go to bed and also william is going to love this. He was very keen on astronomy at the time you have probably encountered him at some point you would know him as darth nova . So i started playing it the next day and sure enough he was in there like a shot after that i could only get to play after he had gone to bed lights out headphones on you know the drill. well we played it for several thousand hours and then started to mod it up. we tried all sorts of mod but only the single player version for the pc wasnt on the internet
we had a dell for that that frankly wasnt up to the game . Eventually we got a home hub and i got a new pc this was only a few months ago . Naturally we tried 1 or 2 multiplayer mods thought that discovery was pretty good for a while untill we discovered that you could only have certain guns with certain ships and only certain ships with certain factions the tags cost a fortune so did the ships and you were reduced to trading most of the time and trying to figure out if you were breaking some kind of rule or another ... need i go on? THEN WE TRIED THE VOID. now the only question is to be friend or foe with darth. See you in space
