Little help from the graphical peeps here

Who could incorporate this pic:
into this one:
And get rid of the nasty white text for me? This would be the main logo for our site.
If you think you can spice up the pic a little more by adding some effects like bloodstains or lightning whatever, that would be awesome. Go right ahead. If you are going to put some text in there, could you please add the text: "They are coming..." into it?
The very best would be if you could make changing (flashing) text in it. Then I would like the text:
- Pull fast the shutters...
- Close tight the doors...
- Hide your women and children...
- The -=REAVERS=- are coming...
With the first 3 phrases flashing fairly fast, and the 'reavers are coming' part staying there for a second or two.
Please make it sinister looking.
Well I hope I'm making any sense here. Any help would be really appreciated.

Uhm not really sorry m8. I got that result myself. It really needs to look as if it is one big whole, the cross should really blend in. I think it would need a bit of experience to do this m8.

That looks awesome m8. Blends in very nicely with the rest. Lighting is spot on, the fonts are awesome. Great work. Take a look.
Since the site has a lot of red details, I would be curious to see how it looks when you implement the reavers logo (the cross) into it, along with maybe some blood stains. That of course if you can find the time for it.
[edit]Maybe you could also make it a wee bit bigger? When you click the link above you can see the black edge around it, would be nice if we can fill that up. Oh and 'reavers' should be written with -= and =-, not just the = and =. If it's not too much trouble.[/edit]

Well m8, that might be so, but if you're working on a site for your clan you want it to look as good as possible. I don't always feel comfortable with asking for more after someone has already put a lot of effort in, but one can't risk it to 'go with it', while you know it might look even better with a few little tweaks.

Thanks m8, the logo looks great in there. But the borders on your design weren't the problem. It's the blackness in the table the header sits in. Have a look at the homepage, top header.
I think that might be solved if you could size it up a little more, although it's difficult to determine how big it should be. Maybe you got more of an eye for that.
Side Note: I also need a cool background. It won't be very hard: I'll give you two pics which need to be put together and resized to 1000x1000. Feel up for it?

Needs a little more I think. I don't think it's a problem if you make it a little bigger than the table.
[edit]Could someone resize the red cross below to icon size and format? Correct format is .ico[/edit]
