Hello all,

Thanks to RAF Hatchets idea, i will be running a "Lottery" on the Server.

This will be a test run to see how much interest is generated in it.

Price of a ticket is 200k for players over level 20 and 100k for those below level 20.

If a player under level 20 wins, they will win 100k by the amount of players entered and the rest will go to a seperate draw for players over level 20.

This is the only way i could keep it fair to all players new and experienced so that they can afford the tickets, and also ensuring that the players over level 20 dont get ripped off by spending 200k instead of 100k....hope thats not confusing.

Also since this is the first Lotter the Casino will be ADDING 10% of the total value of tickets bought to the prize fund.

(Future lotteries will incur a 10% fee)

I will try get on at 7pm GMT everyday this week at least so u can buy tickets at Manhatten, and if u see me any other time just ask for a ticket.

The Draw will take place on Sunday....exact time to be confirmed (real life may get in the way if i commit to a time now)

Somewhat on a side note: I saw you asking if you could place bets when one of the [EVENT] people would do a Race event. Well as far as I'm concerned, you are free to do so. Would only add to the fun of it as far as I can see it.
